We have had our 4700 for 3 to 4 years ago. Best vacuum we ever had. Just once and a while if we catch something we need a new belt. But I'm very happy with the very low cost of use. Ours just started acting up when I went to clean out our shop vac with it and all the fine "cake like" particles encased the filter and over heated the motor. After letting it cool off she started again. (safety overheat circuit, nice touch) I finished the job and it over heated again. Now the engine is making a little noise. I am not blaming the vacuum for this, This was far beyond what I expect for a house vac. She's still running. Thanks Eureka!
