Grilled Breakfast Sandwiches by Weber

This is a great way to showcase how easy it is to use the grill to prepare breakfast without the fuss of messing up your kitchen. You can also choose to do a sunny side egg or an egg over easy if you would like instead of scrambled.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 each 6ct English Muffin
- 6 each Eggs, shelled and mixed well
- 6 each Breakfast Sausage Patties, raw
- 6 slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bottle Cooking Spray
GAS/CHARCOAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350 to 450øF). Place griddle on the grill and preheat for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Using the cooking spray, thoroughly grease both griddles. In the first griddle add the sausage patties and grill for 5 minutes or until done, turning once. In the second griddle add the eggs and cook until light and fluffy. Roughly 5 minutes as well.
- During the last 30 seconds to 1 minute of grilling time, toast the rolls, cut side down, over direct heat. Remove from the grill. Also top each sausage patty with 1 slice of cheese and cook until meltd.
- Build each sandwich with sausage patty with cheese and eggs.
- Cut to desired quantity and serve warm.
SMOKE FIRE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Set the Smoke Fire Temperature to 425øF.
- Preheat the grill for 15 minutes and then use a wire brush the clean the grill grates.
- Place the griddles on the grill to preheat for 5-10 minutes.
- Complete steps 2-5 in instructions to complete the cook.
