One way we achieve this is by offering several convenient ways to make returns. If your return meets the below requirements and is within 30 days of purchase, you can begin the process in one of the following ways:
Returns made in-person at any P.C. Richard & Son store will not incur return shipping charges. For faster processing, please bring a copy of your invoice and the method of payment used to place the order. For orders paid by PayPal, your return balance will be credited back to your PayPal account.
Please call customer service at 877-727-1909 or e-mail email@example.com with your name, invoice number, contact number, and details of the return to begin the process. The return will be completed based on your original means of delivery.
For all USPS and UPS orders: A prepaid UPS return label will be sent to you via e-mail by one of our customer service representatives. Please allow your return 3-5 business days to reach our facility and be processed. If you have requested an exchange, your new item will be sent to you within 2 business days after the returned item has been received.
For all P.C. Richard & Son local deliveries: A customer service representative will work with you to schedule a convenient day to pick up your return.
For all Pilot Air orders: We will have a representative from the Pilot Air location in your area contact you within 24 hours to set up a pick up date. If the item is being exchanged, we will coordinate the drop-off of your new item upon receipt of the returned item to our warehouse.
Regarding damages with Pilot Air orders: While we take all possible measures to ensure that your order leaves our warehouse in superior condition, damages may occur to items during transit. It is extremely important that you open and inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival from Pilot Air. Damages must be reported to them within 3 business days of your delivery for them to honor and investigate the claim. You can begin the damage claim process here. Please allow 15 calendar days after your claim for the investigation to be completed.
Please note that shipping charges made to and from the recipient will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by P.C. Richard & Son.
Once your order has been returned to us, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to show on your account.

If any repairs are required, service will be done
in accordance with the Manufacturer's warranty.
- Return merchandise to store within
30 days of purchase with original sales receipt.
- Merchandise must be in new condition,
in original carton with UPC code and all
packaging, accessories & manuals.
- Authorized credit card refunds will be applied to credit card used for purchase.
- Authorized refunds of payments made by
cash, check or debit card are paid by
check through our controller's office.
Please allow approximately 14 business
days for processing.

Patio or outdoor furniture cannot be returned. If you have an issue please do not contact or visit a P.C. Richard & Son store.
