  1. How do I track my order?

  2. What time is my order going to be delivered?
    • Our delivery tracker will display a 3 hour delivery window starting the night before your scheduled delivery date and may be updated throughout your selected delivery date. Please check the delivery tracker periodically throughout the day.

  3. How do I pay my P.C. Richard & Son Credit Card Bill online or by phone?
    • To pay your bill by phone, please call (877)800-4727.

  4. How does the No Interest promotion on my P.C. Richard & Son card work?
    • The interest during your promotion will show on your card but will not be added to your balance.
    • The interest is deferred during the promotion and will be added to the balance after the promotion period if the promotion amount has not been paid in full.
    • Multiple promotions will be paid off based on the expiration date of the promotion.
    • On promo purchase balance, monthly payments required, but no Finance Charges will be assessed if (1) promo purchase balance paid in full within the "promo period", and (2) all minimum monthly payments on account paid when due. Otherwise, promo may be terminated and treated as a non-promo balance. Finance Charges accrued at the Purchase APR will be assessed from purchase date. Regular rates apply to non-promo balances, including optional charges. Promo purchases on existing accounts may not receive full benefit of promo terms, including reduced APR if applicable, if account is subject to Penalty APR. Payments over the minimum will be applied as required by applicable law. As of 2/1/10, APR 26.99% & on all accounts in default, Penalty APR: 29.99%. Minimum Finance Charge $2.00. Subject to approval by GE Money Bank.

  6. How do I get my item serviced under the manufacturers warranty or P.C. Richard & Son Extended Service Guarantee?
    • P.C. Richard & Son operates its very own factory trained electronics service center located in Farmingdale, NY.
      • You can bring your warranted electronics purchase to a P.C. Richard & Son Showroom near you. The item will be sent to our service center for repair and returned to the showroom. Items too large to carry into a showroom may have in home service covered under the manufacturers warranty. Please call (877)PCR-1909 to get more information regarding the services available on your purchase.
      • Please contact the manufacturer directly or call (877)PCR-1909 for warranted appliances to arrange a service call. Please note: certain areas of the US may not be eligible for In-Home Service Calls.
      • Please call (877)PCR-1909 for all items under a P.C. Richard & Son Extended Service Protection Guarantee to arrange service.

  7. How do I get a UPS tracking number?
    • The UPS tracking number and tracking status is posted on our delivery tracker. Note: Some orders may have multiple tracking numbers.

  8. Where are your Showrooms located?
    • P.C. Richard and Son operates 63 super-sized showrooms servicing New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Long Island and Westchester.

  9. How do I return my purchase?
    • Items can only be returned with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number under the terms and conditions of our return policy.

  10. How do I get my items installed?
    • Professional installations are available in the NY, NJ, PA & CT areas through P.C. Richard & Son for a nominal fee. Please call (877)PCR-1909 to get an installation quote and arrange a date.
      • Mobile audio/video installations are done by appointment through our mobile installation centers located throughout the NY, NJ, PA & CT area. Locate a Mobile Installation Center

  11. How do I track a rebate I am entitled to?
    • All mail-in rebates must be tracked through the manufacture. P.C. Richard rebates can be tracked by calling customer relations at (877)PCR-1909.
