Slim ‘n Sleek
I bought this heater because I liked the look. It was slim and did not occupy too much space. It did its job in heating my small work space but a bit noisy when it oscillates. The issue I had was installing the base… it was easy to follow but difficult to install. The “ holes” didn’t seem to align well.

The heater tower need to be at a close distant from where you are in order to feel the heat. I'm not satisfied with this product.

It barely works
It only worked properly the first time I used it. Past that the display comes on but no heat. I have to turn it off for at least 10 min to reset for it to possibly work for a little bit and shut down. Don’t waste your money

Product was used and missing parts
The product did not have the base screws. We needed to create a temporary stand and called the customer service line to return the clearly used product. They said they will only accept returns once COVID is over which makes sense. But during this time we do not want to go out again to expose ourselves if your products are not meeting the bare minimum standard of having all the pieces.
