[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Duracell batteries are the best! I use these in a small personal ECG device, and one lasts over a year! I've tried cheaper brands in the past, but they die within a couple of months; so although they may appear cheaper, in the end they cost more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a toddler at home and I appreciate Duracell for trying to prevent incidents from occurring. The coin batteries kind of smell like liquid laundry detergent which might stop kids from putting them in their mouth. I used the 2016 coin batteries for my regular watches which was easy to replace. The packaging is a bit difficult to open since you need scissors or a knife to cut through the plastic layer on both sides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the Duracell package is dated with a 10 year shelf life if the battery is unused. This is a great guarantee to have on batteries. The 2016 batteries are going into devices that I don't use often but when I go to use my device I want the device to work . I don't want to worry about an old battery that I forgot about that is in a device leaking into my device . The Duracell package takes some work to get the battery out which is great for families that have small children in them . Good battery, good guarantee, good child proof package .

I really like that they have coated them in something that makes them taste bitter. (And yes, I actually tested one- the taste is awful!!!). I have young grandchildren and this feature makes me feel safer about having them in my house.

Moreover, it is the best one so far that can work well with my car key. I will not have to worry about my car key for a while. They are totally as reliable as expected.

I didn't know that was a thing but thinks that's a great addition to prevent mistakes. These batteries have a lot of uses toys, scales, remotes, etc. I know whatever I put them in, they will last a lot longer than other brands since they are Duracell.

The taste is really bitter and I was quick to try and get the taste out of my mouth. It is just bitter in one side, but that should be plenty.

Time to change that behavior and get some of these to add to your battery supply. I'm impressed that they added the bitter taste to prevent young children from placing it in their mouth and choking.

These are so big they would really chock them and the battery acid would be so bad for them. I think it is great that I had such a hard time opening the package as an adult with scissors. I plan to tell my family and friends to buy this kind.

The first thing I noticed on the package was the bitter taste to prevent children from licking or swallowing the batteries. I think that this is an amazing idea to try to keep small children safe. I have a 5 year old in my home who still puts things in her mouth and this gives me peace of mind. I still wouldn't leave the batteries just sitting around but I love that if my kids somehow got ahold of them they would be safer. I think that this is an awesome product innovation in addition to the high quality battery products that energizer makes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] needed new battery for car fob. bought this as I'm a grandmother, the packaging caught my eye as it has a baby on the label, it is very child proof (happy with it) hard to tear open and once you cut open, batteries don't just fall out. there's another plastic shield and it claims to have a "bitter taste". I'm glad they were relatively inexpensive for a 2pk as i hope they last....for parents and grandparents i would highly recommend. carcfob working like new.
