Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but could have been better. Fair job, but the workers should either have or use better cutting tools which are better than using a hammer or screwdriver. They knocked out part of a brick on the front of my house and patched it with caulking cement, it looks lousy. This should be standard and in fact will make their job easier and likely faster , more efficient too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lower quality The quality of the sleeve has changed specifically the rear louvers that cover the back of the sleeve. The older style had durability and protected the ac from more of the elements. Rain, sun. The new louvers do not protect and begin rusting within a few months.

Is this a universal sleeve for any units with the specidied dimensions? Also, do you install the sleeve?

I bought those sleeves for WallMaster units, one 12000Btu, other 8000Btu, and I believe those sleeves for WallMaster series only. I installed both myself.
