Great 36" Gas Cook Top Used with Propane Gas
Good looking design. Maximum usable space so that multiple pots fit easily on the cooktop. We use it with propane and the flame is strong and burns blue. Reasonably easy to clean.

Love the features!
I love this GE cooktop! This cooktop replaced the GE one I had for 16 years and loved, so the space accommodated the new GE range perfectly. The grills on this new cooktop are better, and the cooking time is faster and more efficient overall. I like the backlight underneath the knobs when they are turned on and in use. Thanks GE!

all good except knob height
It's a great cooktop. the only complaint i have is the knobs are taller than the cooktop, so when you slide something flat it rubs the knobs and scratches them. aweful design.

Love the Look!
The install was easy as it was a replacement. The only thing we had to modify was the back of our drawer to fit the piping for the gas. It kept hiting the back of drawer. We had to change out the orfices because we have LP. That waseasy enought. The burners heat up HOT! More BTUs. Have to make sure you cook on med. Also make sure your pot is not smaller than the burners. Adjust as needed. Other than That I love the look!

Easy installation.
We purchased this 36" GE Profile gas cooktop to replace the 18 year old GE Profile cooktop we had. Parts were provided for the conversion to LP, and the instruction made the conversion a snap. The cooktop dropped right into place without the need for any modifications to the countertop. Very easy installation from start to finish.

What a great cooktop. The two power boil burners heat water very quickly and offer added convenience. I especially like the lighted burner knobs. Anytime the burner knob is in any position other than OFF, a ring light illuminates around the knob. The cast iron grates are very heavy duty and a step up from earlier models. You won't go wrong buying this cooktop.
