This 72-inch refrigerator is three inches taller than a standard counter-depth refrigerator. It fills the gap that can be left above many refrigerators, adding to its integrated appeal. A pull-out freezer drawer allows you to organize frozen items on three levels. And with the ExtendFresh Temperature Management System all of your ingredients will be held at the optimum temperature to maximize their flavor and texture.

Separately monitors the temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer through a sensor located in each, to help ensure fresh fruit juices don't become frozen and prawns avoid freezer burn.

I really love it -- purchase some bins to put smaller jars etc in so that they dont get lost in the back and it works like a charm. when I use the water dispense inside on the left, I still have to open both doors (not just left door) to close it but that is a small inconvenience. Everything else is great so far.

It was on back order for 5 months. We’ve only had it for a month. We love it! We didn’t want the ice/water dispenser on the outside because of all the door space it takes up. The refrigerator is solid and the shelves can be moved. The door space is roomy. I love the water dispenser inside the door. The ice maker is great. We really love this refrigerator and hope it lasts a long time. It is the nicest refrigerator we’ve ever had.

I appreciate the temperature readings more than I thought I would, it gives me comfort to know things are correctly cooled. I also love the “max cool” feature for when the door needs to be open longer for unloading groceries. The extra freezer shelf makes a big difference too. We call it the pizza shelf, since it’s a perfect place for one. Overall, the look, the function and the little extras make us really glad we made this purchase!

I liked it so much - and had zero service calls in 12 years - that I bought the same appliance with the Kitchenaid logo. So far, so good. It's a beautiful fridge and the stainless cleans nicely. The temperature control has been great, it is quiet, and the ice maker works perfectly. There are some negatives would give me pause if I had children. First, as many have mentioned, the shelves do not go to the back of the fridge. If you keep your fridge stuffed full, this will drive you nuts. Second, the right door has to be opened first and the left door has to be closed first. I've been doing that for 12 years so it's second nature to me, but if you have kids, the strip that seals the doors will eventually break if the doors are not opened and closed in the right sequence. I think it's the perfect fridge for a single or couple, but not a family fridge.

I thought by going counter depth that I would be sacrificing space, but I’m happy to say I did not. I’m happy with the configuration and the size of the drawers (especially the cheese drawer!). It looks great, keeps the temp constant and lets me know when I leave the door open. The inside water dispenser keeps the outside sleek and clean). I like the configuration of the freezer. I keep a lot of foods frozen, so I do have to use my garage freezer as well, but it’s easy to find things due to the configuration.

They have all been very dependable and trouble-free so far. My only complaint is with your Customer Service. I had requested for a Warranty Service exemption in my email last 8/20/20, to apply for Extended Warranty under the in-warrant terms, in view of the pandemic restrictions. I was never bothered with a reply whatsoever. Also, you have a weak bezel in your cold compartment, which I had requested a repair, and I got a brand new replacement component, which has not yet been mounted because no service man has visited.

Love the storage space, the longevity of the food stored, the evenness of the different areas within the refrigerator and having the frig on top. Both doors need to be opened when accessing the Deli drawer because it is the width of the refrigerator. Both doors also need to opened when dispensing water as the dispenser is on the left side.
