This striking 22 cubic foot refrigerator comes with the ExtendFresh Temperature Management System and Produce Preserver to help maintain the taste and texture of your freshest food. LED lighting throughout the refrigerator makes food easy to find on every level.

ExtendFresh Temperature Management System
Separately monitors the temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer through a sensor located in each, to help ensure fresh fruit juices don't become frozen and prawns avoid freezer burn.
Produce Preserver
Absorbs ethylene gas emitted by many fruits and vegetables, causing them to over ripen. By removing ethylene, the produce preserver helps extend freshness.

Humidity-Controlled Crispers
Provide a dedicated storage option with adjustable humidity levels. They let you select the high humidity that keeps romaine crisp, or the arid environment that helps figs and apricots stay fresh.

I love the door shelves, especially the ability to store gallon milk and juice jugs. Very spacious interior with all shelves easy to reach. Had ice maker installed in the freezer and it still leave plenty of room for frozen items. Basket config in the freezer makes it easy to get to all frozen items.

Great fridge
We bought this refrigerator despite some of the negative reviews of the drawers not sliding easily. It’s true they do not slide easily but if you add a little paraffin wax they work perfectly. The first time that we have had KitchenAid appliances and we’re super happy. The only thing that I would add to this refrigerator set up as a doorstop so the refrigerator door doesn’t open all the way or it would be adjustable. Go buy these appliances they work well .

Exactly What We Wanted

The freezer has a "tight close" feature of sorts, in that when you get the door close to being closed, it automatically sucks in the rest of the way. Way more room than our previous side by side, and well thought out interior features as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it’s not a fancy refrigerator and i would say it’s more old school. why, this refrigerator is like buying a brick and i love it. the door trays are great, i love the handles, like freezer space is nice and i have more then enough room internally.
during my search to buy, any refrigerator that had ice/water on the door was eliminated. i do not see such items as convenient, rather points of failure. there is no ice maker in the freezer as i do not use that much ice and would prefer the space.

Perfect for next to wall
Absolutely love our new fridge. I had a 36" side by side but the one side was next to a wall. I thought I would hate going down to a 33" but after having it in the space I love it and it feels like there is more room since I can get the door open all the way and fit items in. Only thing is, these models do not come with water and ice dispenser in the door.

I got this fridge to match my new KitchenAid dishwasher, and to replace a beat-up old Whirlpool. I feel like it's made my kitchen far more stylish and open looking. I love the freezer on the bottom placement. It creates so much space in the fridge, and raises it to easy-reaching level. The stainless steel looks amazing, and the fridge is a perfect size to fit the weird space in my kitchen where it goes. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Great refrigerator
My wife had decided she wanted to try a bottom freezer model and the size of this model fit our available space. Still to early to tell how we will like the stainless steel exterior but we like the look. We also bought the matching dishwasher at the same time and will probably get the matching slide in range when we can afford it.

Kitchen Aid is the only brand I've used for over 20 years on all my kitchen appliances and have been very satisfied. This refrigerator looks great, but I find it a little noisy. This might be because I've downsized and have a much smaller kitchen.

Unbelievably More Space Inside vs Our Previous 30" Fridge
This refrigerator is a serious upgrade from our previous 30" wide white unit. The beautiful finish on the stainless front compliments our whole kitchen. The unit is very quiet when running, the inside LED lighting is terrific. The storage options and shelf configurations are many and can accommodate both small and large food items easily.
