Simply add freshly ground coffee into the stainless steel steeper, fill the premium glass carafe with filtered water, place in the fridge, and brew for at least 12 hours. The gift I didn’t know I needed - I love love love
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this cold brew maker as a Christmas gift. It’s the perfect size to sit in the fridge without taking up a ton or space. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and makes a good product. I’ve already saved so much money since it makes a cold brew concentrate. I’m still perfecting my recipe - I’m currently steeping my coffee for about 18 hr, filling my cup up with ice and filling it half water, half coffee. I love this product so much and would recommend to all cold brew/iced coffee lovers! *from a 7 year barista - I recommend quality coffee and a lighter roast :)*

Easy to Brew

This makes it very easy and it makes more so I don't have to brew quite so frequently. There is however residual coffee in the bottom of my morning cup of coffee.

Cold brew why did I wait so long!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Kitchenaid cold brew after on-and-off trials of making a cold brew coffee that a friend used to make using a Tupperware container. Actually, it is hot coffee that she made that I always tried to mimic and always failed as whatever container I tried never held enough of either water or coffee— and there were no measurements to mimic her system.
Why hot coffee made from cold brew coffee rather than an electric coffeemaker? Because there is no acidic taste. It’s the smoothest cup of coffee you can drink!!!! And, not only are there specific measurements for making the cold brew coffee, there are also specific measurements for making a hot cup of smooth-tasting coffee from the cold brew!
Thank you, Kitchenaid for adding the pour spout that makes everything easier. It beats the random scoop that my old friend used to dip into her Tupperware container!

So far, so good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Husband like to have an iced coffee when he stops home on his work lunch break. I used to make the cold brew in a pitcher but I would have to strain it all into another pitcher when done brewing. This KitchenAid brewer is much easier since I can just pull the grounds out from the middle - no straining! We have been making it with less grounds and adding filtered water overall once the grounds are out, as well. It's something you can experiment with to your liking. No issues yet!

Love this cold brew!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this a few weeks ago and I am in love. I have the kitchenmaid burr grinder and grind my own beans and they are perfect for this. The strainer is so fine that nothing gets through when I use a coarse grind. The cold brew lasts for up to 2 weeks which is perfect for me because I only want 1 or 2 cups a day. The concentrate is delicious with just water and a splash of vanilla extract. The container itself feels very durable, the glass is thick and I have not had any issues with the spout leaking. I think it's an excellent cold brew maker!

Super simple, great coffee!
I’ve owned this cold brew coffee maker for almost 2 years now. I make coffee every morning and it is super easy and convenient. I make coffee once a week at night and I have coffee all week long that will make 20oz mugs no problem. It’s super sleek and sturdy. It’s easy to clean and rebrew. I even add less coffee than recommended and it still makes a strong brew. I leave the grounds in it all week to constantly steep. I use about a 50/50 coffee water ratio. Overall, I love it. Worth the price. Easily saved 20x that in Dunkin iced coffees.

Coarse ground coffee and cold water is al you need
By accident I ran across the Kitchenaid coldbrewer. The stability as it sits on the counter top or in the refigerator is a pleasant surprise after breaking two Toddy cold brew systems . Besides being sturdy, it requires no additional purchases of filters or easy to lose parts. The directions are so simple and the finished product is amazing! I want to get the larger size with the stand.

Very well designed!
We have been using this cold brew maker for about a year now and it has always made great quality coffee. Recently the pour valve was running a little slow. I looked up the manual for cleaning instructions and was surprised to see how well designed this was for cleaning. The lock nut being used as the valve wrench is fantastic and made cleaning this very easy. It works like new again! I would definitely recommend this product for great, consistent cold brew coffee.
