Great convenience & excellent temperature control
Excellent product. Maintain's superb temperature regulation of both the refrigerated and freezer sections. Door mounted water and ice delivery has always performed well. Entire refrigerator is laid out well for convenience of storage.

Great, but some suggestions to improve

Suggestion: We would like it if the water function on the front started out slow for a second or so and then increased to full water flow. As it is, water splashes out of the glass. Could also use a removable try under the water/ice dispenser, as something always drops (ice or water).

Amazing Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this refrigerator. We bought it, brought it home ourselves, assembled it ourselves and have maintained it ourselves. Water filter is easy to replace, air filter is easy to replace. The stainless finish is beautiful and stays fairly clean, although I wouldn't say it's 100% fingerprint proof. We have had a small issue with ice getting stuck because I use the crushed ice function too much. A simple fix though; change it back to cubed for one cube worth, then back to crushed. This helps dislodge any cubes that may have gotten stuck during the crushed ice process.
Other than that, this thing has entry of space, provides more than enough ice and keeps everything perfectly cool.
I do wish we could momentarily pause the open door alarm during cleaning or restocking after a grocery run but honestly you get used to it and learn to ignore it.
We highly recommend this fridge

Immediately went out and bought my new LG model which I love! Was delivered right after Christmas on a “rush” and I am totally satisfied! This model is easy access, perfect temperature controls, water filtration is excellent but most of all it is well designed and quiet! I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted and LG delivers all my needs!

Love the fridge and the mobile app
Love this refrigerator. The layout just works. I've never felt like I had so much space in a refrigerator before and the food stays consistently cold. I'm also a huge fan of the ice system, with a small system in the door, and a larger tray in the freezer drawer below.
It also gets serious kudos in the technology department. I'm really loving their mobile app with its diagnostics. It helped me figure out why the ice was melting in my lower freezer. The fact that it also lets me connect and chat with support folks is a real plus too, although the app still needs more work in the bulletproofing department. It is too easy to hit the wrong button and exit/cancel the support session. Also, it times out too quickly. My internet is provided via satellite. Sometimes the signal drops for several seconds, then restores. I turns out that the length of time is sometimes too long for the mobile app, so I have been frustrated multiple times now after spending a long time with a support rep on chat, only to see the connection drop and the session discontinued right before we got things resolved.

We have 4 kids and we needed something that was spacious and functional and we got that with this refrigerator. Large turkey in a pan for Xmas this thing can hold it and still have space. We do a lot of cooking and all the vegetables meats and etc always come out fresh! I would definitely recommend!
