I'm happy! It's beautiful and a perfect size.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new refrigerator! This is the first one without the ice and water dispenser on the door that I've had in years. I must say that I do miss it; however, I like the inside water dispenser on this model. There's room to fill large or small containers. That is such a plus! I also like the fact that I don't have to try and keep the dispenser on the door clean. :-). The meat drawer is nice too, it opens by pulling instead of lifting. I didn't realize how useful that is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had this for about one month but so far there are ZERO major complaints. Our old refrigerator was a side-by-side and was listed as 25 cu. ft., but we swear that this Whirlpool has twice the room. Our only small complaint is the location of the ice maker in the freezer drawer. Having to open the main drawer and then having to reach in to pull out the upper tray with the cubes is a small irritation to put up with, but if you have young kids I'd almost bet that the main drawer will not get shut properly.

Just what we wanted +! Smiling ear to ear!

The space inside is great with the ice maker on the bottom in the freezer. Cold water is nicely dispensed from the side wall in the top portion of the refrigerator. For our family usage and my constant company it will be perfect. My only suggestion would have been to keep the butter dish location in the frig, but we have adjusted.

Couple of suggestions to make perfect!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a 5. However few annoying things. One is wish it had a place for butter dish. Two I guess like most stainless steel appliances they easily dent. So directions for delivery people at retail stores when they put on dolly to transport in to homes to use padding under straps as the re were two small dents on door from strapping. Other than those suggestions we are happy with and wish we had bought whirlpool appliances instead of Samsung which were and are a source of cheaply made and ice maker issues. Handles connected by plastic on microwave broke and knobs on gas stove had plastic core which cracks and makes unusable. We’ve learned our lesson. Whirlpool around a very long time…

We checked out all other available models, but they each had features that we didn't want or cut corners on quality. In the last house we bypassed the water filter because the water input came off of an already filtered line. This time we are using the built-in filter system.

Nice layout and visibility

This upgrade to a Whirlpool French Door model was long overdue. The refrigerator layout allows enough customization of shelf heights so that I can store items based on most frequent usage and easier accessibility. The lighting is bright and crisp; perfect for total visibility of everything that is stored. The bottom drawer two tier freezer is perfect for the amount of frozen food used. All in all, this Whirlpool does the job and more.

Great refrigerator but doors are a bit uneven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. The layout is practical and easy to navigate. We did not need a unit with water or ice through the door so this is a perfect choice. We are, however, having a small issue that I am having trouble finding a solution for. One of the French doors is slightly higher than the other, and all the websites say that there is an Allen screw underneath the hinge that you can turn to raise or lower the doors however, this does not seem to be the case on this model. I would appreciate any feedback on how to remedy the situation.
