Meet all your cooking needs with the 30-inch electric cooktop. Two 8-inch and two 6-inch coil elements offer the heat you need to quickly boil, fry or sear your favorite dishes. Use the infinite heat controls to select a heat output ranging from low to high for more convenience as you cook. A porcelain SpillGuard cooktop also helps contain messes and makes cleanup easier with a raised-ridge design.

Electric Coil Cooking Should Make a Comeback!

The burners heat up faster than the glass cooktop, and the heat sensors are a delight... they ring like bells! It's so much fun to cook with this thing. We also love that the drip pans don't have holes in the middle (I have a tendency to overboil). Clean up is a breeze!

Wonderful Whirlpool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace an old "solid-iron" burner style. It was cumbersome to use and hard to keep clean (being black). Anyway this Whirlpool cooktop works perfectly and suits my cooking needs and "style". The elements heat (and cool off) much quicker, making it easier, faster with better heat control. The white enamel finish is a breeze to keep clean and the ease of element reflector bowl removal/replacement makes any spills a fast clean up as well. The installation went without a hitch (since my brother is an electrician). I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a similar design.

Love Whirlpool Appliances

The first and only brand I looked at was Whirlpool, it was really good looking. When I first used it, I couldn’t believe that the large pot of water boiled so much faster and kept boiling when I turned the temperature down.
I will never buy any other appliances but Whirlpool!

Provides A Clean, Elegant Look To My Kitchen

This cooktop provides a clean, elegant look to my kitchen, easy to operate and clean. It fitted nicely to my countertop opening that’s why no modifications were made when it was installed. This is my first Whirlpool electric coil cooktop and so far, I haven’t had any problems with the 4 burners. I really prefer electric coil cooktops over glass/ceramic or gas cooktops that’s why I hope appliance manufacturers won’t stop making them.

what's not to like!
