[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old KitchenAid dishwasher was beginning to have problems so I purchased a new KitchenAid dishwasher. I am very pleased with my new dishwasher. However, when I used the NORMAL cycle for my 1st load, I was not prepared for the length of time of the cycle...about 3.5hours. I contacted the website and received a very good instruction packet that explained the cycles much better than the user book that came with the machine. I spoke with Sha'Terrica on the chat line and she was a great resource. I now use the EXPRESS cycle and it is a shorter cycle.

Very happy with Kitchen Aid dishwashers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to the current purchase I had basically the same Kitchen Aid model for 17 years. It was still going strong until we were flooded last Fall. I have been using this new Kitchen Aid for a month and love it. It is very quiet and the heated dry cycle actually works, unlike many other brands I got to use while renting different airbnbs for 8 months. It does not take as long for the normal cycle as other brands either. I did not buy the 3rd rack model because I also got to try several brands of those and thought the 3rd rack was rather useless. With only 2 racks you can put large pots in without them interfering with the arm. This model also has a lot of room for silverware.

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new dishwasher. We use to practically wash the dishes prior to an hour wash cycle with our 20 year old dishwasher. Now we scrap, load and wash on the speed cycle and the dishes are sparkling clean.

Love this dishwasher!
At first I was concerned about the length of time it takes for a normal cycle. After reading up a little more, I realized that part of the energy efficiency cycle is less heat over a longer period of time. Can’t believe how quiet it is. Very pleased with this purchase.

I had another Kitchenaid for 14 years and this is the replacement. I did not need a third row, and this allows taller items to be placed on the upper rack. It is all very quiet.

Sparkling clean dishes and super quiet

Spacious, Quiet and Works Well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher less than a month ago. So far, we are very pleased with it. It washes well on any of the wash options and dries well, too. We are surprised with the great amount of space in the racks and the utensil holder! It runs very quietly. It seems very well made and we hope that it will last for years to come.
Note: The regular wash cycle takes 3 hrs. Add 1 hr. if you use the Sani Rinse cycle. The Express Wash works well and takes much less time.
