Replacement LG washer/dryer and no complaints
I had to go back and repurchase the 24 inch LG all in one washer/dryer combo after our prior unit purchased in 2021 went out 6 times. There were various issues, which included the condenser and pump needing to be replaced. It finally began leaking. Our new replacement machine was the same size but an updated model. The door and buttons appear more sturdy.
We have run several washes since and the machine doesnt vibrate or rattle as much. PC Richards installed it correctly and wash dry cycles average 1 hour for the wash and 3 hours for dry. Everything has come out dry. Overall, the new model is quieter and appears to vibrate much less. As long as you follow instructions and do not overfill and let it cool down after any use, the machine works as intended. Of course this machine should not be purchased for more than a family of 3 or 4. We are able to run 1 to 2 washes a day. We keep it in our kitchen. LG has a great app and has a remote start feature. If you are living in an apt., this is a suitable machine. Just set realistic expectations, i.e. that its not a stackable 4.5 cubic foot laundry center and you will enjoy it. Beats going to the laundromat. The similar GE model feels cheap and plasticky while this is stainless steel and chrome.

Great combo machine!
Have owned for a year and am happy with the purchase. This is a great machine, I am loving the combo feature and not having to switch the wash from the washer to the dryer. I can set the cycle - come home and the laundry is all set!! Also the machine takes up less space-- which is great!!

The best thing you can buy you won’t regret it easy to use this machine change my life now I can come home do laundry easy I definitely love it even my husband that at the beginning was a little mad at me cause I want it this that is two in one washer and dryer now he do laundry and when I get home to do it he already do it he keep buy expensive detergent and stuff he loves it a lot

Great for the elderly!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has helped my 81 year old, mother who is currently living with me, to be more independant. She didn't like anyone washing her clothes except her. Before she had to go down our basement stairs to our laundry room. There is hand rails on the stairs, but it is hard to carry a laundry basket and hold the rail. Much safer for her to have first floor laundry. The compact design allowed me to shoe horn it into a small bathroom. Now i am not worrying about her and the basement stairs. Best buy I've made in a long time.

Perfect Apartment Sized Unit
We replaced our 15 year old LG combo unit with this one and so far it's been working perfectly. Love all the wash cycles and it is definitely quieter than our old unit. The dryer also works a lot better and clothes are more drier than before. No complaints thus far!!!

Saves Space, Energy and is Ventless
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this unit for over a year. I like this unit and am planning to buy another for a master bath remodel. This unit has been great my wife and I. For a larger family you need to know it takes longer since it is doing the washing and drying. The drying is different and you need to get use to in. I tend to take most of my non cotton items out after washing and hang them to dry then only dry the cotton. This unit is efficient compared to most dryers in two ways. One it does not use a vent so its not pulling your "conditioned" air out of your house. That is a big deal. The other is it uses mush less power. It only needs 110V. I would recommend this for a small household and some one that is willing to get use to something different. As far as cleaning it does a great job!

Great Machine!
I love this machine. It works great for my daughter and me. We have a relatively low volume of laundry. Clothes come out clean and dry. It has a lot of different cycles and you can customize them and control them from the app...or not, the app isn't required.
I appreciate the space it saves. This is going to allow me to move my laundry upstairs (where the bedrooms are) into a small space without the hassle of a dryer vent. I'm not sure it would be a great choice for a high laundry volume household, but for us, it's perfect.

Perfect for our apartment
We bought this almost a month ago and I have used it at least once a day since we got it. I absolutely love how well and how gently it cleans our clothes, linens, towels, etc—they’ve never been as clean as this machine can get them. Its wash cycles are much quieter than our old machine’s, too. The dryer function is indeed slower than a dedicated dryer, but because we line-dry most of our clothes, the dryer function is not that important to us. I’m looking forward to trying out such features as remote activation and delayed start. Finally, while this machine is perfect for our needs, I feel obliged to add that there are only two of us living here, and that we can easily use the laundry room in our building for large items like blankets. If your situation is somewhat similar, then I enthusiastically recommend this machine.

Simple enough for a 67 year old to work!

We are 67 and 70 years old and found our unit very easy to operate we didn’t really need the instructions!

Good Condo Owner Washer/Dryer all in one
We have had the Washer/Dryer only two weeks and it works great for us. It takes a little getting used to because of its small capacity, but it is fine for a two member couple. The unit is quiet and works great getting clothing clean. Has many features that we have not yet used, but we are confident that it will exceed our expectations.

Everything is all on one level now but still have back up washer and dryer downstairs for heavy blankets when I need them. My husband hooked everything up and the combo is now in my pantry with chest freezer and many shelves. No need to go up and down stairs anymore.

My new LG washer dryer combo is great. I’m not sure it would satisfy a couple who have more clothes to wash but it handles my loads. It also looks great! I’ve had trouble getting the app to work and need to put more time into that. I hope I don’t need service anytime soon and that, when I do, it is satisfactory.

Excellent results in a small package
Ten years ago, I bought an earlier model, WM3987H with a 3.6 cubic feet. When it recently broke down, I decided not to repair but to replace with a newer, smaller version. While taking out the older version was a bit complicated in a very small bathroom, installation of this smaller version was simple. There has been a learning curve, as the technology has really advanced since 2011/2, including the steam function. Overall, I am extremely happy with this version, as it seems to be faster, and more intuitive. Also the ability to use my cell phone to monitor the washing/drying cycle is really convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Convenient app to track status and even start from wherever through my phone. Clothes and towels come out dry and wrinkle free and smelling fresh. Will not fit a large comforter but everything else works great- make sure not to fill too full so it can dry properly. It did shake my floor in spin cycles but I think that has to do with my older house. Very happy with this combo machine and never plan to go back to a conventional washer and dryer. It’s amazing that no dryer vent is needed, and just a standard 120v plug!

The layout presented a challenge when looking for laundry appliances that would fit or at least not take up every bit of available space. After searching extensively for "compact" appliances, I came across this gem. I went with a smaller size, since I don't go through a lot of laundry in a week, but it's been great. Takes up a small amount of space, convenient, efficient and rather quiet. Everyone has their own needs and expectations when it comes to things like this and it fulfills them perfectly.

solid, relatively quiet, with great cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three weeks ago, replacing a much older model LG ventless washer-dryer combo that eventually gave up the ghost. The features are a bit confusing: there are so many of them! And only one of the settings seems to run automatically through wash-dry; it would seem that you have to program the drying. That's a change from my older model, and it's taking me a while to figure out all the settings. LG's user's manual is a tad overwhelming and there's no quick start guide, which would be helpful.
But I'm quibbling. These are beginner's problems. Here's the skinny: I'm giving this five stars because the machine cleans clothes extremely well. It somehow seems larger than the older unit I had (also 24" wide). Clothes even come out dry, in several programmed runs (including towels and bedding).
The wifi connection is a great touch: I get notified when the clothes are done.
If you have a tight space and no access to venting (I live in condo without venting), this is a great option.

Reasonable space-saving with flaws
No pedestal available from LG, had to have one built for an added expense as machine is too low to see controls and use without considerable bending, bad for the back. Very small capacity, not for washing sheets, towels, larger items. No lint catching screen is also inconvenient, must wipe lint from door rim. Aside from these and a few other design issues, the combination design is a reasonable solution for limited space.

All in one combo
I had the machine for 9 months now. I have the all in one combo. I like the machine. It does what I bought it for. The only down side to this machine is the time it takes to wash and dry. With a full load. It takes about 3 to 4 hours to finish completely. Other than the length of time it takes for a load. It is a awesome machine.

Almost Perfect RV Unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The all-in-one unit was the perfect unit to install in my travel trailer's outdoor kitchen cubby. Though the vibration sensor went out a few weeks into using it but it got replaced under warranty. My only true gripe is that the remote start is kind of inconvenient because you still have to hold down a button to activate it every time and it doesn't give you the same flexibility with the wash/dry options that you can utilize when controlling it at the unit.
