How to Make a Ginger Matcha Green Tea Latte

Preparation time: about 10 minutes
Serving size: one large mug
2 cups of coconut milk
1 tsp of culinary matcha powder
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of ginger
1 tbsp of honey
Heat up the coconut milk in a small pot on your range until it's warm. You could also use regular milk, almond milk, or cashew milk... whichever you'd prefer. Add in 1 tsp of culinary matcha powder and stir it until the milk is tinted green and there are no clumps of powder. Add in 1 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of honey. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Pour it into a large mug, let it cool, and enjoy!
