Great custom options!
We did the black matt steel on the bottom drawers and a sent in a photo I took of a sunset on my phone from Pine Island, Florida. My husband and I could not be happier. I love the price point and the fact that we can easily change these drawer panels out. They were well packaged to say the least, though they take a while to arrive. Installation was a snap.

Love my bespoke refrigerator

Good fridge and easy to style
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this a year so far with no issues. It was my first French door style, so the pull-out drawer seems to waste quite a bit of space, 2-3 inches all around for a few square feet at least. Snack drawer is great for the kids. Solid construction and the panels are great and replaceable if necessary due to damage or desiring a new color. Ice maker is great.

Sleek!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Panel in Matte Black Steel is very sleek. It was bent the first time we received it; this is more of an issue with the delivery company. Once we got the replacement, it was easy to install and looks great on the fridge. It is also easy to clean.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This refrigerator has been nothing short of a disaster—and not just the product, but the entire experience from installation onward.
The delivery team installed the panels incorrectly, leaving them half popped off and broken. Since then, I’ve had technicians come back FOUR separate times, and not a single one of them has known what to do. Each visit ends with shrugged shoulders, confusion, and vague promises to “follow up”—which, of course, never happens.
Even worse, there’s no one to speak to who actually understands the product or can communicate clearly. Every phone call or chatbox turns into a frustrating game of broken telephone. I’ve spent hours on the phone and chat, repeating myself endlessly, only to be told someone will come fix it. They don’t.
The product itself might be fine—if it were installed properly—but after this circus of incompetence, I wouldn’t recommend Samsung to my worst enemy. Spend your money somewhere that values your time, your home, and your sanity.
