I use daily. But it takes a bit of effort and pressure to push the water difoense. Gray button. Any idea how it can be adjusted. My service rep was not helpful when he came out to my home. Would you respond to this problem.

We love this filter, you will too. It last's for a long time. It's easy to install and it's what you should buy if your refrigerator requires this filter. Just do it.

Water/ice has a flavor I do not care for. Need a filter to take out flavor/taste to the water/ice.

I had never had a problem during the first 5 years

I had never had a problem during the first 5 years, about 5 months ago I contacted your customer service and explained the slow water flow after just a couple months into the filter use. The new filter I have is also beginning to slow the water flow after just two months. It is just my wife and I using it and we normally use one filter for a year due to the little use it gets in our home. WHY is the water flow so slow? Is it intentionally made that way to force replacement? If so, I would like a refund and ask if there is another brand I can use-- cause I do not like this. Thank you, Kevin
Excellent for large office's.

This filter gets a lot of use as it's in our office of about 30 people. It provides clean filtered water.

We just bought this house with a filtered-water refrigerator last year, and I was afraid to touch the water filter for fear I'd end up with water spraying everywhere when I replaced it. Turns out you just give it one turn by hand to unscrew it, and once you've soaked the new filter just screw it in. No mess. Easy!
