I am so pleased!
from Kirkland, Wa.
I have a relatively small town home kitchen. My refrigerator is perfect for the space. It is not too industrial looking , nor massive.I did shop around & the great reviews did solidify my decision. The counter depth really does make a difference in the space. I have a small family, so the cubic foot space is adequate. There was a problem at install with the higher door hinge protective covers. So do be aware. Next...a new cooktop & it will be KitchenAid.
So pretty, and COLD!

My only complaint is that the freezer is really quite small and the water dispenser is a little awkward to use. I am AMAZED by how cold things stay, though, and otherwise have very little issue finding space for everything.
Yikes! Nothing but problems since I've had it delivered!

I received my fridge August 2nd. I have had 3 service calls since then. Icing over in the freezer. Put on humidity control but still had problems. Replaced gasket. The light in the freezer has never worked. Replaced light bulb and switch. Still not working. I still need to call for another service call. My previous fridge was a KitchenAid and I was happy with it from the start. My only problem was that it pooped out after what I think is too short a time. My appliance dealer said that 7 - 10 years is all that you can expect from fridges anymore. That in itself is hard to take. $2000+ for a fridge that hasn't been right since I received it????? It's pretty crazy and this is not something I want to spend my time worrying about. I still have the non-working freezer light that I have to deal with. Not happy. Don't know if I've received a "lemon" of a fridge. What do you think is right????? I would like to hear a response from you.

This refrigerator was installed in our new home by the builder and it has a couple of really nice features. The freezer is large, it has a water filter that's inside the door to avoid messes, easy temperature controls, and the ice maker has a heavy-use speed up feature for parties! Working good so far two weeks into the move...
WORKS PERFECTLY FOR MY NEEDS AND LOOKS GOOD TOO.

VERY HAPPY WITH NEW KITCHEN AID REFRIG. STAYS AT SET TEMPERATURE AND FOODSTAYS FRESH FOR DAYS WITH NO SPOILAGE. FREEZER STAYS COLD AND NO FLUCTUATION OF TEMPERATURE SO EVERYTHING STAYS FIRM AND FROZEN.
We love the counterdepth and utilization of space in the fridge. The fridge has a small water filtration system so it does not lose a lot of wasted space for this like so many other fridges. We really like the water dispenser in the fridge, instead of the door, as it prevents spills and little hands from pushing the water. The only negative we have found, so far, is that the left side door is hard to shut and many times the fridge will beep as the kids don't push the door hard enough to completely shut it.

Nice use of glass and hinges

Clear bins and shelves make it really easy to see what's where and the sliding shelves makes it really easy to store taller items.

Explored several styles of Frigss, and went with the KItchen Aid. Several reasons - quiet, no out of door dispenser, and energy efficient. Great choice!
Lots of space for a 20 cu.
I moved into a spec home and this was an upgrade. I was alittle hesitant to know that it was a 20 cu. I wanted a larger fridge. It was a good surprise to use the fridge and find that there was so much room due to the design of the fridge. I am very happy with the quality and even temp. I have found in the fridge.
