About the same as my Maytag. Hope it lasts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice maker is nice. Switches for ice and water not as good as same model maytag I bought 12 years ago. Require more pressure at just the right spot. For instance, I could let my coffee pot fill itself on the maytag. Now I have to hold it in an elevated position to hit the sweet spot. I think there was some unfortunately short-sighted cost-savings taken there. Good storage. Lighting appears to be improved. I wish they would last longer. 12 years doesn't seem right. At least your higher end brands should come with better components and a longer warranty. On my maytag, weight broke a support in the middle shelf. Hopefully, it won't happen on this one but stronger support would be good. Quiet, like the maytag, but quieter should be a goal. I've only owned it for two weeks.
