It Takes Two is probably the single most famous “couples game” on the market. This game's story focuses on a married couple trying to work through their marital issues when they are suddenly turned into their young daughter's miniature dolls. The bickering couple must swing, run, jump, and even fight their way through a variety of obstacles to try and get back to their bodies. This platformer also features several cute mini-games that you can play with your partner in each level, allowing you to take a quick break from the main story if you'd like. 2. A Way Out

In this story-driven game, you play as Leo and Vincent, two men who are in prison at the start of the narrative. Leo is a hot-headed career criminal with a soft spot for his wife and kid. Vincent was an accountant who claims he was framed. In this split-screen experience, you and your partner will need to escape from prison by dodging guards, stealing tools and most importantly, working in perfect unison. Will you be able to reunite Leo with his family? Can you help Vincent clear his name? This game features action-packed quick time events, an engaging story, and plenty of cooperative moments for you and your partner to enjoy. You can play this game on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, or on Xbox Series X with a physical disc. Since A Way Out can only be played with two players, it also features a Friend's Pass system. 3. Portal 2
You can't go wrong with Portal 2. This all-time classic video game features an amazing single-player story and a robust co-op campaign where you and your partner solve puzzles through the power of portals. The main game concept is simple: You and your partner will play as robots ATLAS and P-body, who have both been given a portal gun. Each portal gun can shoot two portals that will act as doorways connecting two different spaces that otherwise wouldn't. You and your partner will first have to deal with relatively easy puzzles. Shoot a portal here and a portal there to get across this large gap, or shoot a portal under this item that you need to open the door to the next puzzle room. As you progress, the puzzles become increasingly difficult, and you must solve with nothing more than your portal guns, your wits, and each other. You can play this game on PC, or on newer consoles like the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch.
