Great Design, Intuitive to Use, Flawless Function
The design of the range is wonderful. It's intuitive to use, looks great, feels good, and is very user friendly. Even the "small things", like the click of the knob when you turn on the stove, and the soft sounds of the touch screen, have been thought out. Yes, Cafe, we do notice those small touches, and you've done a great job on look, feel, and sound of the design.
The function is just as good. The induction stove is fast and nearly silent. The oven preheats quickly, and works well, We've basically thrown out our toaster oven in favor of the much better, small upper oven on the range.
This is my 4th induction range, and by far the best. I highly recommend it.
Our house came with another brand, which I won't name, but is well respected, especially for their dishwashers. Their induction range is a disaster. After a year we were so fed up we returned it, and bought the Cafe. That makes the Cafe induction range that much sweeter.

Very user friendly
We love the compact, clean lines. It is really user friendly, quiet and the burners heat amazingly fast. The ovens bake evenly and in the time suggested in recipes and we often use both ovens at once. The knobs for the stovetop are easy to use, but they do stick out so that it seems hard to reach over them when stirring something on one of the back corners, particularly if the user is short. This is not important to us, but the timer is barely audible set as loud as it will go.

Purchased my first Café appliance about a year+ ago. 4 door platinum glass refrigerator, absolutely love it. Needed to replace my stove so I pursued another Café appliance. Unfortunately, electric is my only option so I wanted to upgrade to induction and really wanted double oven. Sadly the platinum glass double oven is discontinued so I decided to side with stainless finish which still has a matching flow in my kitchen. This unit not only matches my kitchen it also cooks like a dream. Precision is it’s winning trait, built in oven probe was a game changer for me. Having the dual oven to keep things warm while cooking off other main’s or sides was so helpful. Recently hosted a holiday meal which I’ve been doing for the past decade+, everything came out superior to anything I’ve made previously.

We love our new induction stove. Glad to get rid of natural gas. Loving the double oven and what it allows us to do. Also appreciate the ease of cleaning the stovetop and how quickly the burners cook The remote function has been difficult to set up.

Sparkling clean dishes done quiet as a mouse!
Holds so many dishes!!! Love the movable racks, power wash nozzles for extra cleaning power on the middle rack. Upper rack is great not only for eating utensils but for large cooking utensils like spatulas and serving spoons that don’t fit in a traditional dishwasher. Cleans dishes spotless with 3 racks!!!

Outstanding Kitchen Appliance
I am extremely happy with this induction range. Cooking time is faster! Water boils almost immediately and preheating the oven takes less time than conventional oven. I like the locking mechanism so neither the stove nor the ovens can accidently be turned on. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. Now, we are considering the Cafe brand refrigerator.

I'm loving my new range! The induction top isn't as quick as I thought it would be but it heats up consistently. I can choose a setting and know that it will be that temp for the entirety. The temp adjusts immediately when I need it and the top cleans up very easily. The dual ovens are a dream. The top is perfect for roasting veggies or cooking a pizza or a batch of muffins. The bottom proofs and bakes breads & rolls really evenly so they rise and brown just right. Casseroles didn't burn on the top or bottom but cooked just right. Everything I've cooked in/on this has cooked perfectly!

Better than gas. .
Switched over from our 20 year old GE Profile gas range. This induction range performs better than our gas ever did. Quick and even heat distribution in all pans with accurate temp control. Expected the air fryer function to be a weak point but we are experiencing results that are equal, if not better, than our old stand alone air fryer. Only downside is that the convection and air fry functions are only available in the lower oven.

I’ve had this oven for under 24 hours and I am very impressed! I have connected the WIFI, and doing software updates while I write my review. We are going to use the oven tonight so won’t comment on that. However I have cooked some eggs on the stove top and this thing gets up to heat like you wouldn’t believe. So fast! I am coming from a cheap electric range so this is a completely different animal! The bubble pattern in the oil is very uniform and I have never seen the likes. I tested the top burners with different size pans IE the largest burner with my smallest 8” fry pan. And it worked perfectly. There is a minimum stated pan size listed for each burner. So far I am very impressed with the function and form. So nice to look at!! If I have any issues I will amend my review, but so far I couldn’t be happier

Amazing stove
It seems that most people who do a lot of cooking prefer gas. But with none in our house and a serious effort to get it, we learned of induction and tried out a cook top. Not bad! So I figure that Chef should have pleasurable equipment since she feeds me all the time. Went looking to see what was available and the presence of two ovens was the seller.
Well, come to find out this unit is totally amazing especially on the stove top. It is fast, and Chef appreciates that. It does, however, require adjustments to how one cooks. No more waiting for a pan to get hot. Not only that, but you don't put something on and get busy doing other chores because it will be ready before you know it. This is a real time saver. I think it takes me about 3 minutes to pop a pan of corn. We did get an adapter plate for the few non-ferrous pans that have not been tossed. And she cooked two turkeys simultaneously in the top oven, perfectly. The only minor issue is learning to use the so-called "smart" probe. Gas is no longer under consideration here.
As far as efficiency goes, I am still a big proponent of directly burning the fuel instead of encountering all those built-in losses between power company and your pan. However, with gas you have a gap between your fire and your pan, and built in loss of heat wasted heat into your home. There is very little of that loss with induction cooking! I conclude that this is a fine solution if you don't have gas.

beautiful and powerful! This range is not just stylish but a powerhouse as well. Heats up really fast and the 2 ovens are so versatile and much more efficient than one large oven (which I never liked to us because most items where just to small to hassle with the big oven).
