Oven nightmare
I have had a number of issues with the oven on this range cooker. Initially it did not heat much at all (with a test thermometer it showed only 120 degrees when set to roast) and I had to call the technician in. With adjustment, it was then able to heat but this time got to well over the set temperature achieving 425 when set to 350. My meal was cinders! I have had some issues with one of the burners too. This is the fourth of these cookers I have had over a period of forty years: the others have been better. I would have recommended but now? Not so sure. Maybe I’ve been unlucky and this one is a lemon…… I now think I would have done better to have had my old cooker repaired for $300. Instead I have spent in the region of $1400 for the cooker and its installation, just to have endless bother.
