Rated 4 out of 5 by from Totally Satisfied Customer I bought one of these in October 2020. I needed to replace an old 36" range and the Premier was the only product in that size that wasn't wasn't crazy expensive. I read various online reviews, and some of them were so bad that I hesitated to purchase this range. But, realizing that someone who's dissatisfied is more likely to take the rime to write a review, I took a chance and bought one. I did, however, buy an extended protection plan, just in case. Out of the box the handle on the oven door was loose. Removing the door panel and tightening a few sheet-metal screws solved that (although I took one star off my rating). They say not to run the oven without the broiler pan installed. I did briefly, and warped the broiler tray. I learned my lesson. Fortunately, it was easy to bend the tray back to true. After that I've had 18 months of totally satisfactory performance, so I can recommend this range. The oven is only off 25 degrees at the 450 setting, and holds a steady temperature. The center griddle is great for pancakes.
