AC is still in the window.
AC has not fallen. The brace holds the AC quite well, preventing the unit from falling from my fourth floor window, which is exactly what I hoped it would do. So, I am very pleased. My neighbors in the nextdoor apartment building, have commented positively about the brace and have enquirer about where they might get one for own AC, and I frankly believe they should have done so years ago, because the condo association requires it.

Don't mess up
The screws are cheap. I ruined one of them and there are no extras provided. Guess what you can't do without a screw? Install this mount. Very disappointed at the quality of the screw.

Most air conditioners need to pitched at an angle for drainage. This one makes it level which is wrong.
