• Unbox, inspect, test your TV, and rebox it to keep it safely packed away until it's ready for setup
• If purchased, we'll haul away your old TV

• Unbox, inspect, and test your TV
• Assemble it on the manufacturer's included pedestal
• Connect your new TV to up to 3 existing video sources (HDMI cables must be purchased separately)
• If your TV offers it, we'll connect it to an existing WiFi network

Included with Delivery and Installation Service for Wall Mount TVs

• Unbox, inspect, and test your TV
• Mount it on your pre-mounted wall bracket
• Snake of audio/video cables in a single vertical hollow stud bay or wall-mounted track molding
• Connect your new TV to up to 3 existing video sources
• If your TV offers it, we'll connect it to an existing WiFi network

For an additional cost, we can do the following:

• Assembly and installation of new mounting bracket to flat, structurally-sound wall surface
• Custom snaking of wiring to remote areas
• Modifying or reinforcing of mounting surface (i.e. plywood, framing of wall)
• Assembly of television furniture
• Setting up home theater system
• Connection of additional video sources
• Haul away your old TV

• Electrical outlet directly behind the TV
• If your new TV is a wall-mount model, make sure there's enough room on the wall for the center of the screen to be 42" off the ground
• If your new TV is being mounted over a fireplace or in another heat-affected environment, there MUST be a mantle to block the heat

• Make sure there's a clear path through your home to your TV's spot.
• Tidy up your home entertainment area so it's free from clutter, debris and dust, and secure any pets.
• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.

• Your TV will be delivered curbside at your home with no installation or in-home placement.
• Kindly note that this is the only option for delivery addresses outside of the P.C. Richard & Son local area.
• Unfortunately haul-away is not an option for freight deliveries.

• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 (19 in Nebraska or Alabama) must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• While moving your TV, be sure to keep it upright at all times. Laying it flat could crack the screen.
