There was a part missing as well as a dent in the side. PC Richard was very good and I returned it and received a new one. The microwave it self is Ok the numbers on the front are so small it’s hard to see them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like buying a Rolls Royce with no headlights! Paid over $800 for this microwave and the light on the inside is completely worthless. One can’t see a thing while the unit is operating. Also, the control buttons are not backlit/lighted. Wish I had known prior to purchasing.
