New spirit natural gas
This is my second Weber Natural Gas Grill. My first one held up for 20 years so I hope this one is as well made. I do like the new igniter system as compared to my old grill. So far it's working the way I hoped it would. My old grill had shelves made of a composite material that I really liked whereas this one is like a stainless steel... I hope the stainless steel can take the test of time. Will find out! All in all I am happy so far.

Love My New Grill ❤️
I didn’t know how much I missed grilling. My old grill bit the dust after about 25 years. I bought my grill from Ace Hardware and frankly I’ve never been a customer before but they had a Father’s Day Sale with a pretty good offer. They didn’t have the one I wanted in stock so they ordered it and four days later they delivered it assembled and placed it on my deck. All I had to do is plug in the gas line and start grilling. We’ve probably averaged cooking on the grill 3 to 4 nights a week since I got it. I really like the ability to control the heat and I’m still finding new ways to use.

I love this grill!
We owned a Weber Genesis Silver for 24 years but it was time to downsize. So of course we bought another Weber. This grill is great. The starter works every time. With the three burners it heats up quickly and maintains the desired temperature for effective grilling. I look forward to the next 20 years using this grill.

Natural Gas Grill is the best. When we first hooked our home natural gas to a grill we had to have a propane grill retrofitted. It is awesome to have it come ready to plug and play. Weber is the best.

Love it
I’ve owned the same grill in the past but the propane version. I needed a natural gas version so I bought this one. Same top quality and performance. The only thing I might suggest is to give the customer an option of the natural gas hose on either the left or right side. You provide a long enough hose for sure but it would just be a cleaner look to have it on the left side instead of the right side for my set up. Love the grill will continue to buy Weber products.

Great grill, not huge but large enough to entertain large group. The warranty on this grill is great. Several internal pieces rusted, even with it being covered, and Weber sent out replacement parts. Great service!

Holds up even in a salt air environment
This probably is my 4th or 5th Weber so obviously I am very satisfied. The unit this one replaced was about 13 or 14 years old and I live in a salt air area. They have great staying power!

No more tanks!
Purchased this grill so I would no longer have to change propane tanks. My previous grill was an E210. Still working, but my back demanded the change. This grill is great. Love the nice even heat and the extra space afforded by this grill. The only think that I don't love is that this grill does not have a pull-out tray to. hold the drippings like the E210 did. Not sure why that was changed. Otherwise it is a real winner. The larger wheels make it easy to move around.

We originally purchased the Weber Q3200 NG but, it was defective. We now opted for the “SPIRIT II
E310 NG”. Assembly was not difficult. Directions / Pictures were clear. This is a much more solid grill than the Q series. The grill fired up first click ! This is a well made VERY NICE GRILL !.

Weber natural gas grill
Easy to assemble. I preferred the written instructions over the video. Thus far I have grilled burgers, chicken, and pork and everything has come out perfectly done. I follow the instructions in the manual for using direct or indirect heat and the level. I would recommend this grill based on my experience to date as well as from owning other Weber grills.
