support brackets??? How do I know???
I think I did submit my review but I cannot see it. I said that the air conditioner is not shaking or quivering therefore I must assume that the support brackets are doing their job.

My wife and I needed brackets in order to install our new window air conditioner.
The friendly sales people at our location took the time to explain to us what we needed
to buy and suggested the proper brackets for our installation.

I had these supports and the AC unit installed by the delivery staff. They did a professional and efficient job. Well worth the extra expense to get it done properly.

Too soon for FILTER light
I love this air conditioner. It cools the the rooms beautifully. I would have given 5 stars but I've had the air conditioner for less than a month and there is a orange light displaying the word FILTER. Whenever I turn on the air conditioner the orange light comes on displaying 'FILTER' too. This is a new air conditioner and it shouldn't need to change the filter this soon. Songa

AC is still in the window.
AC has not fallen. The brace holds the AC quite well, preventing the unit from falling from my fourth floor window, which is exactly what I hoped it would do. So, I am very pleased. My neighbors in the nextdoor apartment building, have commented positively about the brace and have enquirer about where they might get one for own AC, and I frankly believe they should have done so years ago, because the condo association requires it.

Maximum comfort for Summer
I bought this A/C because of past experiences with PC RICHARDS. The A/C I chose was top of the line and really can chill my apartment.I would highly recommend this A/c to a friend. Ease of use and chilling capacity is top of the line. And PCRichards was polite and helpful as usual.
