Rated 5 out of 5 by from No extra cost for white [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We b we bought the Amana side by side about a month ago we didn't have to pay extra for all white which with all the other brands you did $500 extra we used to have a GE but the GE ice maker had no way of shutting off if you had to turn it off and this Amana automatically shuts off when the ice makers full and if you use a little bit it makes some more ice and it shuts itself off when it's still we like it it looks good looks about the same as the GED it's the same size so we're very happy with it we haven't figured out yet how to change the temperature in the refrigerator or the actually the freezer I think it is but we really haven't read the books thoroughly it's a good product
