Clear View and Effective Notifications
Love the doorbell! Video is crisp and clear and I love the ability to "focus" on a relatively small area close to the front porch so it isolates motion close to the house. So far so good--very effective.

Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few weeks ago for my house and I absolutely love it. The picture is crystal clear and it notifies me every time someone is near my door which I love because we live in the country lol and my kids freak out a lot when I’m not home before them. Now they feel safe and assured they know who is here. I would highly recommend this doorbell camera to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the this doorbell camera and the easy it is to use. The installation was really easy by following the instructions provided. The setup on the app is also really easy to do. I like the wide angle option when I want to use this. I am now able to see when packages are left and I can even talk to the delivery person. The picture is really good even at night. I can't believe I didn't get one much earlier, I now can't do without this camera watching my front door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this doorbell camera and I'm a first time user of one so I was kind of skeptical of if working correctly. Boy was I wrong I wish I would have gotten one years ago. This camera picks up everything and never misses a beat. The picture and quality is very clear and I can say I have no worries of being home alone or not being home because I know myself and my house are safe and protected 24/7. Definitely a must buy if your looking for one, this is the one you need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wired video doorbell by arlo is a great video doorbell with so many features! The quality of the HD video is the biggest benefit to me and you can even see who is at your door at night with the night vision feature. I also like that the doorbell has a 180 degree viewing angle because I do have a corner close to my doorbell and I can even see that area to view if a package was left there. You can pre-record a message if you aren't home, but don't want anyone to know that you aren't home because you aren't coming to your door. And if someone tries to pull out your camera, a siren is triggered to scare them off. If you want to expand your system beyond the doorbell, arlo has other products that are compatible with this doorbell too. It is a wired doorbell, but it was very easy to install for my electrician, no problems there! With so many packages being delivered to homes now, you will love the safety and extra features that the wired doorbell camera by arlo offers.

It was quite easy instructions to follow to install. Video is great quality, it has a 180* degree angle so it can see more than other cameras.

This will be helpful in more ways than a doorbell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in the mail and I don't know why, but I thought it was a wireless doorbell...If you are under that impression, it IS NOT...This has to be hard wired in and then can be accessed thru phone or computer. I think this is a great option versus some of the more expensive brands out there and offers voice and visibility to the front door out to the yard. My husband wants to yell at people and scare the kids when they get home, lol but I'm looking forward to knowing when packages have arrived and MAKING SURE that mail carriers USPS & UPS, FEDEX, etc aren't just throwing boxes around! It's also an assurance that no one is coming in or out of the house without us knowing about it, which if you have teens, can be very helpful!

Need Electrician
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a clear, big, video. It’s just big enough, not too bulky. I can see my porch and my driveway with it, so I can see if there are packages or anyone trying to take them. The only downside to this, for me, was you need an Electrician to put it on because of the wiring. If it were a bit easier for regular, non wire, type of people to put on I would give it a 5.

I wish I had a better understanding of your product and I wish Tech Support had a better understanding of your product. I now know how your system works. When "Armed" your system records ALL motion/movement in the visual field. You SMART system ONLY sends notifications when that particular item is detected. I was under the impression that ONLY that item will be recorded and a notification sent. WRONG! I was getting videos of cars and animals with no notification. I wish that had been explained from the start. Also, I was not pleased that I was unable to download the six videos with regard to "Smart notifications" from your web site prior to purchase. If I had may I would have a better understanding of the product. Also, I was unable to download "Documents" from your app. When I contacted Tech support they had to send me a link to access such documents. This is not how a product, that is in full distribution, is suppose to respond. You may have some serious software as well as general knowledge issues that need to be rectified. I am on the verge of returning this product for those reasons. I am afraid that there will be more issues with this product that I have yet to encounter.
