Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for the price but a few flaws. I had a dispenser from Ready Fresh that I was renting but had to send it back after it stopped working. I ordered this hoping all dispensers were the same but I was wrong. It does work but the water does not get super cold or super hot with this one. The other one I had would get super hot! The water comes out slowly to which is great if you have kids to prevent spills but for me who has to bend down to fill a cup it's very annoying how long it takes, But this does the trick and for the price I am content with it. My local PC Richard store ordered it for me and had it ready for pick up in a few days. Their customer services is amazing as usual which is why I keep coming back. Thank you!
