Avanti Black Refrigerator

Was very happy to have it since my main Whirlpool refrigerator was waiting 4 weeks for parts, I had to keep the tamp around 7 for The Avanti to be the proper temperature. It worked well but sometimes items near the back of main portion froze a bit. Otherwise it was very satisfactory,

this refrigerator has skimpy interior space both fridge and freezer, and the handles, which you have to attach yourself, do not stay on, and are made of plastic. this is not worth the money.

A bit damaged
Unpacked the product and it was a bit damaged. There was a dent at the top but it was negligible from my point of view. However, the handle was also damaged and that was disconcerting. The actual handles slide and snap into place on the door, but one handle simply did not snap in. I believe it's the piece on the door.
The warning to you is, although I called Avanti as is the case on the instructions, they asked me to pack the entire unit up and return it to the store, instead of simply shipping me the small part!
Second warning, I contacted PC Richards and the rep called me, but never rectified the issue. He said he'd call back but never did. I just lived with it (as the refrigerator) is not life or death :-)
