Great little fridge
Works great to keep food cold. Good storage for the size. Have not tried to freeze ice cream though. Really like it as a fridge.

DON'T BUY AVANTI FRIDGE U WILL HAVE ICEBERG INSIDE
Would NEVER purchase this Avanti college mini fridge. The freezer section freezes up with ice and literally bans you from putting anything in the feeezer. The iced in section just gets bigger and bigger and eventually starts to block the top shelf of the fridge. I had a mini fridge when I taught and at the end of the school year the freezer accumulated a tiny bit of ice which I would defrost so I could pack the fridge away during the summer and I could use it again in Sept at the start of the school year until the following June. I used that fridge fo 16 years. I had this loaner fir such a short time and because so much ice accumulated i wasnt able to refrigerate that many items. Anyonecwho nn purchased this fridge would want to return it for a full refund.

Bad product
I bought this for my daughter attending university. It stop cooling after 2 days
Since I’m 1200 miles away and can’t take it back I have to rent her another from the university.
