Nice washer for my NYC apt.
Had this washer for a few weeks and it works great! I like that I can choose a wash program or make a custom wash with all the features. Small enough for my apartment and feels big inside the machine. Clothes come out nice and clean. Quiet too. Nice looking and I like the clear top.

Good washing machine!
I like this machine much better than my old one that was also a portable. This machine is much quieter, and more stable during the spin cycle. The spin cycle is gets rid of the moisture really well, so my clothes dry faster on the rack. I don't have a dryer, so that was important to me. I would recommend this to a friend.

Love this Machine!
This is a great portable washing machine. It can handle a large amount of clothes in one go, bed sheets and duvet covers need to be split and with towels you can fit one large bath sheet with 2 to 3 hand towels in the same load. Washes very well. All automated so you can go and do other things whilst it runs, plenty of cycles to choose from i.e. small, medium, large, delicate, heavy etc etc. Clever piece of kit. If using with a kitchen sink or bath tub, I would highly recommend getting some sort of drain protection for the plughole as fluff does come through and over time will likely clog the drain pipes also the rollers are not amazing for shifting around but manageable if not moving too far. Perfect if you want to save money on wash and fold/launderette services. Very happy with this purchase so far!

This washer is awesome...can put a good amount of clothing or bedsheets...really easy to use and it doesnt make loud noises,enjoy the ringtone at the end of cycle,the spin cycle leaves your clothes basically dry...this is a must have you wont be disappointed.

Not too happy.
I purchased the "better" metal hoses. They're difficult to store behind the washer because they're not flexible enough. The washer doesn't have casters, so it's hard to move near my sink. I do like the features on the washer.

I love everything about it, except the agitation movement while its washing the clothes.
I’m used to a bit of a rougher movement. If I were washing clothes that were REALLY REALLY dirty, I don’t know how clean they’d come out.
I’m only washing clothes for myself, and don’t really get dirty.
So far though, it’s doing okay by me!

Solid machine, feels like it will last!
I purchased this washer to replace an old Haier model I've used since 2011 that was beginning to fail. The differences are noticeable. This is a solid, sturdy machine that feels extremely well made. The roller wheels are great for moving it, although it would be more useful if they were on the front side rather than the back side. There are many wash cycle options for different load types. The quick wash is just 15 minutes long while the full wash cycles are all more than 35 minutes long, and one is nearly an hour long! (I'm not sure why a load of laundry would ever need 59 minutes in the washer. It seems excessive.) The one downside is that the water level seems quite low on the highest load setting. This is not a problem for regular loads of clothing, because they agitate so well that everything gets wet and clean, but for sheets and lightweight blankets washed individually, the water level doesn't actually reach the top of the item inside. I have to reach in and push the sheet or blanket underwater after the wash has begun, to make sure everything gets wet. I have not been able to get an answer from Avanti about whether this is normal or a defect. Otherwise, it's a wonderful machine.

Defective model - the entire series. Overfills with water. The replacement unit has the same issue. It was a nightmare to get this replaced. PC Richards customer service is so bad. I had to file a dispute woth my credit card issuer.
