Great portable washing machine!!!
It is a powerful washing machine. This gets the job done. I put everything except comforters and heavy winter coats. Everything comes out washed perfectly. Also, PC Richards gives great extended warranties and hauled away my broken machine for a fee.

Happier than I thought I would be…
This machine cleans very well, is quiet and I love modern, high end design!!! Love the fact that it suds up very well and clothes come out well rinsed even with a single rinse! The fact that the option for a second rinse is available is a great bonus. Highly recommend 10/10!

It works for me

Perfect & stylish little washer!
I purchased this machine on May 14, 2020,
I must say it's the perfect size for my small kitchen, stylish, washes really well and spins out enough, for quick at home drying. I also purchased a washing machine dolly with locks, which make it easy for me to move to the sink and lock in place.
It's perfect for my weekly washes.
So glad I opted to make this purchase.

Does the job

I like this washer. It’s very quiet, which I love, love, love. But there are some things that they can definitely improve upon. 1st off I don’t know if the makers of these “portable washers” believe we are Stretch Armstrong or something, but the fact that they put one handle on the right front and one handle on the back right bugs the heck out of me. I am 5’5”, and this machine is wide. And the wheels are small and flimsy. How they thinks I can maneuver the machine by tilting it back (a lot) while pushing or pulling on these little wheels boggles my mind. It’s really a struggle to do this. Definitely need a dolly to make it much easier. 2ndly, I am already having a problem with this machine. When I put it to wash, rinse, spin, it washes and then won’t do anything. I have to restart it to finish off by selecting rinse and spin. I’ll be calling them shortly about this. And lastly, the water level could be more. If you need to wash a “large load” I don’t feel it is enough water in the machine, so I need to cut the load down a bit. Other than that, it’s good. I hope I don’t have too many problems with it down the line. I am dreading calling them to come out to see about my problem. I had a huge problem with my other washer. They took forever to come and the warranty actually expired befor they fixed it. Keeping my fingers crossed about that.

Decent washing machine, wrong picture on website
I crossed referenced the model with the company to make sure which machine I was purchasing. The image PC Richard has is not accurate. I've uploaded the actual panel of the machine I bought.
Just bought this washing machine after having our last machine broke down. Our previous machine was also from this brand. We used it for about 9 years. Given the sturdiness of previous machine, we decided to get this brand again. So far it's a very quiet machine. As someone have mentioned, the two tiny wheels in the back don't help at all. Not sure when they can actually be of use given that it's a bit heavy to move around. I think it's rather too bad that you can't adjust however many minutes you want to wash your clothes which we were able to with previous machine. This machine spins the clothes very dry. The machine is actually shorter than the height indicated. I think the height is the maximum you can adjust it to.

Worth the money
Washes well. Clothes come out almost dried. A bit of a noise but worth having it. Not disappointed. Would recommend it. Worth the money paid. Delivery guys were nice.

Long Pauses
It pauses while washing and the pause is too long. The pause is between 5-10 minutes or more depending on the size and if it is a heavy load.

Need 2 hoses to work correctly. READ for Solution
3 stars ONLY because the unit requires TWO connected sink hoses to work right, one for hot and one for cold water. IF YOUR SINK has only one faucet, you can hook it up with one hose but do it on the right side facing the rear of the unit (there are two water hook ups located on the back of the unit). Then the unit will stop at 22 minutes before the rinse cycle engages. It will not complete the full wash cycle unless you disconnect the hose on the sink and then reconnect the second hose located on the left side on the back of the unit. Then the cycle will complete. It is a minor inconvenience but it works.
