Only negative is not as much space in the interior as it looked in the ad, but the unit cools down any food put into it quickly. Beautiful stainless steel brushed finish. Digital display of internal temperature is very reassuring and easy to read. The dimensions were exactly whst we wanted. The fridge even has wheels, which will be handy fishing out under the kid's toys. The only minor thing is on the refrigerator side, the french door style along with limited capacity makes the usable space on each shelf small. If i fit 2 x gallon size milk on one shelf, thats all it will be able to hold. Or maybe 6x quart size milk cartons on one shelf. Perhaps I just need a larger refrigerator capacity in general. This is probably best for a 3 person family.

This is the perfect apartment sized refrigerator. With lower amps then any other side by side door model, with smaller storage then for the usual, but not as bad as i thought it would be.
I would recommend this model, because of the side by side model, energy efficiency, design and low cost. I was very pleased after much research to decide on this Avanti. I am able to find food better then I ever did with the drawer freezer I use to own, the food is displayed better than ever. I keep expecting something to go wrong with it because it still seems to good to be true, but after months of owning it, i still give it 5 Stars.

This is a really attractive high end looking fridge for a very reasonable price. I don’t regret the purchase, by there are some things to consider before buying all relating to the shape of the compartments as a result of the fridge/freezer being side-by-side. Because of the freezer shape, it cannot fit most frozen pizzas or items that have a similar wide shape. The fridge, likewise because it’s very tall and narrow, requires a lot of stacking of items. It’s a little quirky, but it’s also by far the cheapest truly counter depth fridge I’ve been able to find, it works well, and it’s extremely attractive.

We purchased this Avanti 15.6 cu. ft. refrigerator last month because it was the best fit given the layout of our kitchen. Our previous refrigerator was 20 years old, noisy and had a failing compressor. The PC Richards installation and haul away was quick and professional. The new Avanti refrigerator is very quiet and maintains refrigerator and freezer temperatures extremely well. Its appearance is stylish at a price point that provides good value for money. So far so good.

I was skeptical at first because the first one that was delivered was DOA. We have had the 2nd one for about 3 weeks now and it has been great. The unit is super quiet. I sometimes open the day to make sure its still running. Both sides are maintaining the appropriate temperatures. If you have the refrigerator door open too long, you will hear a harmonic alarm. It also has a touch digital temperature display on the door of which you can can change as needed. It looks great in our small kitchen and fits my needs perfectly.
