This set worked overtime and at medium heat I was right at the perfect temp and super even heating in both sizes. Couldn’t be more happy than I have been with this set!

My husband and I had yet to find a non stick set that performed well and that we felt would be durable, and had been using exclusively stainless and cast iron cookware. However, we desperately needed a few non stick pieces for particularly delicate foods. My in laws have this set and rave about it. We followed suit and have not been disappointed. Great purchase!
