Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft but keeps its loft and is cool all night This pillow is firm in that it keeps its height even when laying on it, but it is soft and conforms to your head. The integrated vents really work to keep it cool all night. Since it doesn't collapse, they really function as vents. I love this pillow.

We've only had them a couple nights, and so far so good. Long term review this is not, but for the first week they get a 5 star rating. They seem well made, and are really comfortable, time will tell. They were a bit pricey, but with there was a sale on, with the second being 50% off, which helped a little.

I can only say that it was really comfortable and hope that I have solved my neck aches with this purchase.

This pillow is the right height for my neck and spine without needing to bunch it up or punch it into shape. It does not sleep hot but seems to help with cooling throughout the night.

I like the side that is less firm while my husband likes the slightly firmer side. I actually said I wanted the 1.0 but they ordered the 2.0. One came with a 1.0 in the 2.0 box which worked out because my husband likes the 2.0 and I prefer the 1.0 which isn’t quite as high.
