I also have the Balance pillow which hurts my neck, but my neck has never hurt with the Level. I really hope these pillows last a long time.

I should have gotten the Level 3, because I ended up rolling up a hand towel with rubber bands to put under the front edge of the pillow and now it's perfect. Unlike any other pillow I've ever tried, no more neck pain!!!
