Rated 3 out of 5 by from Parents, don’t order 0.2 I’m a 5’3” and 125# woman. I purchased this pillow for it’s size, my silk pillowcases are standard, and I also wanted to try this shape as I am a side sleeper and always wrap my pillow around the back of my neck for additional support. It fits my pillowcases, and I love the way the shape cradles my neck. The fabric and craftsmanship are excellent. Why 3 stars? The loft and firmness of the 0.2 is too much. I require neck support, but I am sleeping at an awkward angle that doesn’t align my neck and spine. If the pillow weren’t so firm, you could expect to snuggle into a comfortable loft, but after a week it is far too firm to hope it will ever deflate. Since this is a child’s pillow I did not anticipate this, and I am left wondering if I am literally sleeping on a lemon lol. I would exchange for a 0.1 but the shipping cost back would be nuts. I wish it were adjustable, as I now have to find a way to remove some stuffing. So I am writing this review as a warning to parents: I cannot imagine any child could be comfortable with 0.2. Sweet dreams :)
