Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Value The best way to describe this fridge is that is the quality of a Fiat at a Ferrari price. The water line to connect to is very low quality vinyl. Install companies require you to have a braided supply line for a reason. The manufacturers decision to use vinyl is the first sign that the quality does not match the price. There are rubber gaskets on the handles that have already torn and separated after less than a month. Considering that these are the outward facing components of the appliance, one can only imagine the quality of the internals.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Big mistake buying Bertazzoni 6 mos. After warranted expired so did my Bertazzoni mod. Ref36x refrigerator. Complete sealed system failed..Technician said wouldn’t pay to fix. I called Bertazzoni but they wouldn’t do anything. Their advice “look around to get it fixed cheaper” . Horrible company and refrigerator. Now I have to get rid of a $3000 piece of trash.. Don’t buy a Bertazzoni is my advice.
