Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet, effective blower We had this EB9 blower installed outside under our eaves, supporting a CC34E6SB hood, using the MD10T make up air damper. The hood is 5 feet above our Bosch induction cooktop. [3 foot countertop; 8 foot ceiling] The performance is fantastic. Most of the time, we only use 300 cfm, but when we need to crank it up to 600 or 900 cfm, it really sucks up the smoke, vapors and air borne grease! All with extreme quiet. We absolutely love this system. We had it installed by our HVAC contractor, as this is NOT a do-it-yourself homeowner project.
