Love this air purifier and Bissell customer service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air purifier has been great. It's quiet and it keeps the air in our bedroom so clean. After a few years it was malfunctioning and Bissell customer service was so great about sending us new parts to try, super quickly. When that still didn't work, they sent us a new replacement unit since it has a 5 year warranty. The turn around time was super fast, and I am so impressed with the customer service. We will definitely be buying Bissell products again.

It sucks!
Really, we have a large master bedroom and three littler kids that love to play and camp out leaving blankets, pillows, toys all over. When we get around to cleaning on the weekend there used to be a lot of dust and I would be sneezing for a day.
It Blows!
Out clean air, I haven't had any of these problems lately.

Impressive performance

The carbon filter is impressive and removes odors like nothing I've ever owned other than ozone which is not suitable when the space is occupied.

Noisy but worth it

I have asthma and cooking odors bother me. This purifier clears them out much faster. Waiting to see how it does this summer with pollen.

I have noticed that the dust and dog hair on furniture are less! Bissell A320 is a Nice air purifier.
Appears to be a sturdy, well made product. It’s very easy to use and looks good. Not all purifiers have a read out that indicates air quality. This one does it with an easy to see digital readout. Only downside might be it is fairly loud on its highest setting. That doesn’t bother me. Plus, I really haven’t compared the noise to other similarly sized competitors. Maybe they all are similarly loud. Filters are very easy to put back in as well.

You notice when you use this product that foul odors disappear and it becomes easier to breath. Cough, sore throat, stuffy nose, sneezing and headache all gone!

Dusty and Stinky Old House
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an air purifier for my 125 year old ductless home with 2 puppies. If you have an old home you know how exhausting the dusting can be! And if you have multiple dogs you know how stinky it can get, especially in a home with no air conditioning.I looked to this unit because it was both stylish and could take care of both my problems, odor and dust. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and is doing a fantastic job. I wasn't sure it was working because my air quality was suspiciously always perfect and then my sister started hitting her vape next it and the quality went from 2 to over 700!! Don't vape kids!! Will most likely be purchasing another for my second floor.

Good looking, effective.
It looks great, and is pretty good at filtering. On auto mode it's almost always quiet, but will still kick on high when appropriate. Some people will say it's too loud, but I guess it's all perspective.

Love it!
I bought this due to a recent diagnosis of asthma, and I'm allergic to every indoor allergen imaginable (including my cat and dog). My doctor recommended an air purifier with a HEPA filter. This air purifier seems to have helped with my symptoms since I've been using it. It's light enough that I move it between the living room and bedroom as needed. The style fits in with my decorating style which is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this and would absolutely purchase it again.

LOVE 1st now buying a second
This stays on "Auto" Mode year round in my main living area for general air cleaning. But, here in Oregon sadly our wildfire season has gotten worse and worse each year. Last year was the worst I had ever seen it. When my regular old WINIX HEPA and air washers just couldn't seem to keep up with demand of the smoke seeping into the home knew I had to finally upgrade. All the local store were even sold out of furnace filter because people were buying those to strap onto box fans in hopes of doing makeshift filters. Bissell truly saved the day with dropping this produced when they did and what a quality one at that. I was in love with the style at first sight but it is truly where form meets function so a round of applause to the design team! Now over a year later I have moved home and am sadly dealing with a landlord that is refusing to handle very long established mold issues that I sadly moved into discover. So it's a second Bissell Air Purifier to the rescue while this gets handled through the sadly slow legal and code enforcement process. Oh and even the Mold specialist that I had to have come do all the test was amazed by it and asked that I send her the link to the product so I could get the points or rewards for her buying one too(hint, hint, nudge, nudge, Bissell that would be cool if you offered a referral rewards program for customers). Anyways, thank you Bissell for at least giving me some peace of mind for my children and myself.

I love how it looks bought it because person above me smokes cigarettes have not smelt them sense I leave it next to my ac unit inside and I bad allergies seasonally anyways and have been waking up more clear headed GREAT PRODUCT
