I absolutely love this product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole house is tile, and was getting to be hasslle to mop! The bissell crosswalk makes cleaning up so easy! I can go from tile to area rugs with the push of a button! Best investment i have ever made!

Probably the best Bissel I have had over the years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 85% of my floors are waterproof laminate and tile in the bathrooms. The first time I used it I was amazed how good a job it was. Probably the best Bissel I have had over the years. Clean-up was a snap. The only downside is its weight but when running it handled much better.

best purchase ever!
Wow, what a great tool! My floors haven't been this clean in forever! It's super easy to use and saves so much time! It sucked all the hair that my husky left in the carpet. However, my dogs chewed my lipstick on my carpet a while ago and it didn't remove it all, which I don't think is even possible.

Half the work, outstanding buy!

Great Job

Bought for my dad, Ordered another one today for myself
This is awesome!!!! Had an older cross-wave, and you can't even compare them. The first thing I noticed is, I could tell that it gripped the floor and was actually cleaning it and the roller just wasn't going over the top of it. They Changed the plastic part that you open up to get to the brush!!! Major upgrade on this Model. love it!!! would Definitely recommend!!!!

Love this Bissell

Great product which does the job and does it well.

Wit old world wood floors there's always the trepidation in using anything let alone a steam cleaner. This is a surprisingly good vacuum which for the job and dies it well. The separate clean and dirty water tanks are great and work well. I've used this machine a couple of times and am amazed how clean my floors look. I recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase a steam cleaner. The spares like filters, rollers and cleaning supplies I got as a package is a nice touch.

Best purchase in a chaotic home

Took few back and forth to remove few spots on the kitchen hardwood floor. Nonetheless, it worked! Truly happy with my choice and looking forward to buying more. My Mom and many friends used Bissel. Beautiful results on wood and marble floors

Amazingly Clean

Great for keeping floors clean despite our cats efforts

My Christmas present to myself!

It's easy to use and pretty quick to dump the dirty water and exchange for new. This is my 3rd Crosswave, 1st for the Hydrosteam.
