Do not want to ever live without it!!

We have a 5000 sq ft home with tile, hardwood, and vinyl plank flooring PLUS we rescue dogs and have 8 fur-babies of all sizes. When the steam edition came out my husband brought one home and it is BY FAR the most perfect solution for us. It feels heavier and more substantial than the other versions, and the self-clean function is magic! The one thing I used to struggle with was keeping the internal parts clean so it would not emit a smell when I used it, but the steam version with the self cleaning function takes care of that now. I have recommended it to everyone I know. Hey Bissell - I will be happy to try out anything you need to test. We love your products!

Great Product Once again!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This CrossWave replaced a previous model Crosswave. We actually had the cordless one before, but since this has a steam function we decided to get it and try it out. Our whole house is hardwood floor and the HydroSteam is awesome to use between mopping. It cleans the floor great. Only drawback is the cord. However, it is understandable since it has the steam function. Love the CrossWave Hydro Steam and will recommend and buy it again.

My only complaint is the instruction manual should have actual pictures of the items included in the package. It took several tries to speak with someone at Bissell for actual help. Even then I was put on hold for an extended period of time waiting for the assistance. The product lived up to my expectations for cleaning.

Great floor washing machine

Vastly cleaner floors over traditional mopping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large house with pets and kids. I have been mopping for years, but my floors were never as clean as they are now after using the CrossWave. I vaccummed, and mopped, then used the Crosswave and I was pooring out mud from the dirty bin of the Crosswave. I added the hard floor sanitizer and my house smells fresh, no more pet smell. The crosswave is simple to use and I was even more surprised by how well it cleans itself. I tried cleaning the roller by hand initially while I was rinsing the dirty water bin and it didn't come very clean. When I put the machine in the "dock", and did the self clean, it came out perfect automatically. The machine is light weight and has a long cord, so I find it extremely user frendly. I demenstrate it to my friends and family when they come over just for fun. Best floor cleaning machine I've ever owned.

Ya Gotta get this machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Best decision I ever made to cleas my new floors Before id Vaccume then mop and the floor never seemed to get clean enough till I got this machine Tell ya ya cant beat it.It took mabe 1-2 hours off the time it took before we have 6 Grahounds and they can leave a lot of hair and dribble. And this machine handles all that in 1 easy cleaning step. It Vaccumes steam cleans the floor all ya gotta do is fill it the cleaning tank and clean out the dirty water tank how simple Ya gotta get ya 1 of these it Will make life a lot simpler what it comes to cleaning floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet dry vac model is a huge improvement over the original (green) model. The steam mode work great on my old dried on messes. You just have to leave the vac over the mess and go over it slowly. I love the new lint trap. It keeps the hair from bogging down the vac. The bigger dirty tank is great I dont have to dump it as often. One thing to note if you are in steam mode you will go through your solution faster. Id show before and after pics but im ashamed of my dogs bad manners. Also if you buy either model invest in the vac cleaner so you keep your vacs smelling and working good. Im buying a second one for upstairs and my old ones going in the pool room.
