Back Saver!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! My floors have never been cleaner. It saves me time and does not hurt my back to have clean floors! I use this on my Lifeproof hardwood, linoleum and area rugs. We have a large black lab, three cats and kids and my floors are constantly dirty. It does an amazing job cleaning and is not that difficult to clean as a machine. Best part is the ease of use and not having to stoop over to vacuum, then mop. Worst (not really "worst" at all!) part is having to set all the parts out to dry before putting it back together. I ensure everything is dry before putting back together to avoid any musty smells. Our grandbaby is almost to the crawling stage and I want to make sure my floors are spotless before letting him literally eat off of them! Success!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! I have Lifeproof brand floors that we cannot use steam on and they are quit grooved. I have a large black lab, three cats, kids and a grandbaby. Life is messy. The other factor was back pain from vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. This one machine solves all of those problems. I go slow and the combo of vacuuming and mopping is amazing and very thorough. For the area rugs, it did a fantastic job and they dried very quickly. I could not be happier with this machine! I was actually thrilled we had spilled milk so I could try the CrossWave. My hubby has never seen a person so excited to clean floors. They feel good with bare feet, look fantastic and my house smells clean. Great job Bissell!!!

Works great and easy to clean

If you are still struggling with a vacuum and mop bucket I highly suggest getting one and seeing for yourself how much time you could save. The cleaning solution also smells great! I would love a Bissell cleaner that is environmentally friendly!

Great Cleaning, easy to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a competitor's version of this and needed to get a new one, so decided to try the Bissell. The softer brushes on this with work much better to leave a clean surface and the pet hair tank filter also adds a layer of ease, no more digging through the sludge to get the hair our before I dump. I also had the opportunity to use it on a woven vinyl floor (a boating thing) and it worked as well as being on your hands and knees scrubbing with a brush then drying as you go. My only complaint is that is it doesn't like the edges very well, so you do need to have a way to get closer.

Fast and easy cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this a couple of weeks but so far I like it. I just had to attach the handle and fill the solution and it was ready to go. I love being able to vacuum hard floors with a roller that doesn't scatter everything and switching from dry hard floors to area rugs is simple. Once I got the hang of using the cleaning solution (I just needed to give it a minute or so to soften up spills) that part worked great!

Most all of the grime was gone Ii gave it a a second cleaning two days later. The carpet.came out looking like it did when it was installed. Can'say enough totally thrilled with this machine

Very happy with my Bissell Pet Pro Crosswave

I couldn't be happier with the results and how clean and smooth the floor feels. My floors have never gotten so clean!!! The grout is cleaner than I can get it. The groves in my laminate floors are completely clean. I could not be more pleased. So easy to use. Easy to rinse out the canister and filters, and the roll gets very clean and dry.

A MUST for easy cleaning!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Crosswave Pet! Our house has LVP floors and with our slobbery dog it cleans up every mess he leaves behind. I bought this after staying with a friend and using hers. I managed to do all the floors, about 1400 sq ft in less than 45 minutes without breaking a sweat. I agree with other reviewers that say to vacuum first if you have a pet that sheds. Our floors looked and felt amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone with a pet, toddler or even people that just don't have the energy or ability to mop floors with a traditional mop.
