New favorite vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum is built specifically for pet hair with its Dual Brush Technology and powerful suction, which allow for effortlessly clean floors.
Thanks to Bissell’s FurFinder headlights, it looks like my dog will need to find a new hobby other than licking up fur off the floor, maybe he can help push the vacuum around instead. Side note: less coughing fits from fur ingestion are a win in my book.
The combination of a HEPA sealed filtration system, dual brushes, and headlights make the Bissell shine and allow the true integrity of floor surfaces to come through. Together, these built-in features work synergistically to leave floors clean and pristine, virtually eliminating dust, fur, dander, and allergens.
And with a single stroke, it removes debris on the floor, large and small, with accuracy - even dog food.
My husband held the dogs back and distracted them with treats so that I could perform the dog food test, but they still somehow managed to watch the vacuum gobble up a small amount of their food in seconds. One set of Chihuahua eyes bulged in amazement, the other squinted heavily with envy, leaving both dogs pondering how this could even be possible. We were truly all impressed with the vacuum’s performance. And in our eyes, it’s proven to be the perfect fit for furry households. Also, I assumed that my younger dog would be scared with such a beast of a vacuum, but luckily, she wasn’t.
The only real con is that even though I was able to unbox it and put it together myself with ease, it feels a little heavier and bulkier than my other Bissell vacuum. It’s understandable though since it’s equipped with so much power.
The lift-off pod and brush attachment make stair cleaning simple; it picks up dirt much better than expected. The instructions on the pod sticker were easy to follow. The vac’s soft, rubber wheels allow it to swiftly roll through dog gates and from room to room. And you might have an entourage of pets following you (they love to see it roll around).
If you want true cleaning power, this hands-down outperforms my entire vacuum arsenal. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this vacuum’s functionality!

Great Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Pet Hair Eraser Dual Brush vacuum! It was so easy to put together, and my favorite feature is the light! I can’t believe how much pet hair, dust, and little crumbs I can see that I never noticed with my old vacuum. Who knows how much I was missing before every time I could vacuum. It picks up pet hair well and all the crumbs I always have from my two young kids. It also works great on my rugs, carpet, and hard floors. I also really like the Lift-Off pod because I don’t have to carry the entire vacuum up the stairs. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would recommend it!

Even My Husband Loves It
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even my husband loves this vacuum. He was the first to try it out. I had just vacuumed and I could not believe all the pet hair he picked up that I had missed. We both love the maneuverability and power of this machine. You can tell it's heavy duty. There is a clearly marked lever that indicates the canister detaches from the roller head base for easier reach while using the wand so you don't have to worry about stretching too far and knocking over the vacuum. My kids love the upholstery attachment and are eager to vacuum the couch. It has a bright light on it. The main light on the roller brush is so bright it sees every crevice and the suction is so powerful it gets every crumb. The canister is so easy to empty and replaced that even my kids can do it. This thing probably has features that I haven't discovered yet. It's amazing!

Great Vacuum for pets and kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put this vacuum to work as soon as we received it! We have two kids and two cats so our house is usually filled with crumbs and hair. The Pet Hair Eraser allowed us to clean our carpets and floors with one pass, not having to go over a spot over and over. The removable attachment arm is fairly simple to take off and the mini pet hair attachment was great for getting fur off of our couch. As with all upright vacuums, the cord can get in the way but no more or less than any other plug in vacuum. Overall we are very satisfied!

Best vacuum ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been officially using this vacuum for 2 weeks and I can confidently say if you are using a standard vacuum and you have pets, you are likely not actually vacuuming anything. This vacuum is great for both small every day messes, and large messes. We have a large area rug that we vacuum multiple times a week, and the first pass we made with this vacuum revealed that we weren't really vacuuming much of anything this whole time.
Now onto furniture, that is another item in our home we thought we were pretty good about cleaning frequently, not until we used the lift off pod to clean our sofa. One pass on our microfiber sectional revealed a brand new couch underneath a years worth of cat hair we didn't know was there. The lift off was a helpful function to use for hard to reach areas.
All in all, the vacuum is a necessity if you have pets and children. It can be both heavy duty and light duty for chores. And bonus points for the fact that my twonager loves to do chores with his parents and the breakdown of the vacuum makes it easy for him to push around!

The ONLY Vacuum You Will Ever Need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has been a game changer for our family! It sucks up everything big and small - my son’s baby sock was amongst one of the items hah! I will say it came from our from under our VERY low couch so the fact that the hose as the one to suction it out was enough for me to be shocked at how powerful it is.
We have also used the lift-off pod which I’ve ALWAYS wanted in a vacuum and it did not disappoint. We have two flights of stairs & it was SO nice to not have lug around the whole vacuum to clean up. I’m looking forward to a nice day to be able to take it outside and clean our cars with it because it is so lightweight. It was also so nice to have stickers all over and extra instructions on how to use everything!
Apart from the lift off pod - no bags! It’s so easy to empty and we don’t ever have to worry about touching any of the ick that gets picked up.
As far as different surfaces we’ve used the vacuum & tools on carpet, tile, wood floor, couches, rugs, windows areas, trim & each time it is *chef’s kiss*
It’s also been so nice to have the LED lights - which full disclosure - I’ve never had that in a vacuum and I was TOO excited for that feature. They are BRIGHT. Imagine my surprise when I used the upholstery tool and the crevice brush and they both had LED lights as well. Unreal. It helped me see anything I was missing and hard to reach areas. SO GOOD.
We’ve had all the vacuums and brands, but Bissell never fails us. This vacuum is it and I absolutely recommend it. The ONLY downside - a little on heavier side but the features, quality, and performance definitely outweigh that. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Incredible power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first cord vacuum in awhile, but I was excited to try something new. I don't feel like my cordless vacuum does the trick. The Pet Hair Eraser DualBrush is incredible and far superior to my cordless vacuum and other vacuums I've had in the past. The suction is incredibly strong and it was actually pretty gross how much came up in the canister when I used it right after my other vacuum. There was a lot of pet hair and I haven't had my cat on the floor I vacuumed in over a year, but I vacuum that floor weekly. After seeing how much better this vacuum worked, I immediately vacuumed the rest of my house that I had just finished vacuuming with my cordless one. This vacuum cleans significantly better and I won't go back to using the cordless.
I love being able to switch settings for different surfaces since my house has a mix of wood flooring, carpet, and higher rugs. There are also a lot of great tools the vacuum comes with, which was really nice for cleaning window shades, upholstery, my kid's high chair, and in between couch cushions. This vacuum eliminates the need for other cleaning supplies (duster/mini vacuum) with all the extra tools it comes with. I have a love/hate relationship with the LED lights on the upholstery tool though. I loved how I can see everything that needs to be vacuumed, but I hate seeing how much debris and hair there is in the couch and other places! It is very satisfying though knowing it's actually clean when you finish.
One of my other favorite features is how the vacuum head swivels. Maybe that isn't a new feature to vacuums, but it's new for me. I love how flexible the head is so I can maneuver around corners and tables much easier. The lift off pod is also a great feature. It's a pretty heavy vacuum and it's nice being able to lighten it when targeting smaller messes. Honestly, the only negative thing I can say about this is that it's heavier than I'm used to and I sometimes didn't enjoy carrying it up and down the stairs. The vacuum itself though is so effective and comes with such great features that it wouldn't deter me from recommending it to others and using it as my main vacuum. My friend actually saw me vacuuming and wanted to test it out since she has a dog that sheds a ton. She loved it so much that she returned the vacuum she just bought and got this one.
Finally, the HEPA Sealed Allergen System is such a nice feature. I have a dust allergy and I have friends that are allergic to cats. It's very comforting seeing all the cat hair come up when I vacuum and knowing that all the allergens are sealed in the vacuum so my friends can come over comfortably. I've also been noticing less dust particles on my surfaces the day or two after I've vacuumed, which used to happen when I used other vacuums. It felt like a never ending dust battle.
I highly recommend this vacuum and can honestly say that it's the best one I've had in my adulthood. You won't regret purchasing it yourself and it's a must if you have pets.

The strongest suction I have been looking for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a parent of a toddler, I vacuum almost every day, and this has been one of the best vacuums I've owned. The suction is incredibly strong and easily picks up crumbs, dust, and long hair from both carpets and hard floors. I also love the headlights—they reveal so much dirt and debris that I would have otherwise missed, especially under furniture and along baseboards.
The Lift-Off feature is great for quickly cleaning stairs and upholstery without dragging the whole vacuum around.
My only wish is that Bissell would make a cordless version with the same power and features. If they did, it would be absolutely perfect. Even so, this vacuum has exceeded my expectations and made keeping up with a busy household much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Bissell vacuum I have owned and I am impressed! I was excited to try this product as a mother of two toddlers with a large 80 lb dog. We have a LOT of pet hair in our house, as well as other every day messes of crumbs and dirt. This vacuum was put to the test! Right out of the box, I appreciated the simple illustrations for assembling it and understanding how to use it. I had it put together and turned on in under 5 minutes.
This vacuum has so many simple, but useful features that I also appreciated. I wasn't sure what to think when I saw it wasn't cordless, but the cord is extra long and manageable, and the built-in cord clip on the handle was a nice touch. The slim profile allowed me to reach under furniture and appliances without having to use an attachment. I also enjoyed the bright headlights to see under things and ensure all the pet hair was captured. I can't tell you how satisfying it is to watch the dirt tank fill up with dog hair! It helps me to know the vacuum is doing its job and I'm getting a good clean. There are also several stickers on the vacuum with illustrations and simple instructions which was great for not having to always search for the manual.
If I had anything negative to say about it, is that it did seem to feel somewhat on the heavy side in my hand. This thing is a beast, but it gets the job done. I am looking forward to testing out the included attachments and using it on upholstery. Overall I am really excited to have an easy to use vacuum that performs well for this busy mom and pet owner.

Picked up what robot and a stick vacuum missed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with this vacuum overall. I have two kids and a dog, so there's always some combination of crumbs, dirt and pet hair to clean up. I regularly run a robot vacuum and use a stick vacuum for quick cleanups, but I felt like I was missing a deeper clean. Turns out, I was. This vacuum pulled up more dirt and pet hair than I expected.
One of my favorite features is the lighting. The headlights revealed dust, hair and crumbs that I would have missed and it’s nice to be able to adjust the type of flooring. I have a mix of hardwood and medium pile carpet and it did well on both surfaces. The led light on the turbo brush tool is nice to use on the lift off pod. I don’t think it makes the vacuum much lighter, but it is easier to get under furniture and clean under couch cushions. There is a sticker on the pod but I found the instruction manual easier to follow.
The tools and handle feels sturdy and well-made. It is a little heavier than I expected and it took me a little while to get used to having a cord again, but the extra power is absolutely worth it!!
Compared to other vacuums I've owned, this one delivers a noticeably deeper clean. I think for a home with pets and kids, it's a great addition.

Shockingly Powerful Little Helper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleasantly surprised at how well this vacuum works. I was already content with my previous vacuum but this one has exceeded all of my expectations. What matters most to me is that it pick up all of the hair, whether it be pet hair or human hair, it does amazing at getting it all! I found it to be lightweight which is nice when it comes to carrying up and down the stairs. I have never owned a vacuum with LED lights and boy was I missing out! I was surprised that even the attachments came with LED lights. I found these useful for cleaning my baseboards and vents. I do have a mixture of carpet and LVP flooring and it transitioned very well, with a very accessible button. This vacuum was very easy to set up and very easy to use. It comes with an easy to follow instruction card with pictures. It is very easy to maneuver and glides like butter, my previous vacuum required more strength but this vacuum made it easy and dare I say fun?! Cherry on top, it’s not loud like a typical vacuum is. I have a baby and he was not startled at all and was also amused by the LED lights.

Powerful Multi Surface Vacuum

This thing lives up to its name, and has no problem picking up all of the hair from my long-haired cat. Even the stubborn hair tangled in my plush carpet comes right up with the dual brush system. I love the LED lights in the front which really help highlight stray hairs and dust particles when doing hard surfaces. The nifty button on the handle allows you to easily switch between surface types which works great in my home where we have a mix of carpet/hardwood. I was also really impressed with the air filters. They are heavy duty and should hold up well over time and I feel like they are actually filtering the air coming out. Such an improvement over my prior machine and I couldn’t be happier!

Easy and Intuitive vacuum that shows the truth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tested several vacuums over the years, but the Pet Hair Eraser DualBrush stands out for its ease of use and actual cleaning power.
This vacuum handles my everyday situations I throw at it. After grooming our two dogs, it sucked up the massive clumps of dog fur immediately—no clogging. For general messes like crumbs under the table, the whole vacuum works perfectly.
However, for tricky items like scattered beads and rubber bands from my kid's DIY kit, I found using the long hose attachment worked even better. It picked up every bead instantly without them bouncing around or getting stuck. It transitions smoothly between our carpet and tile, digging deep on carpet fibers without scattering debris on hard floors. Compared to my old unit, this feels significantly more powerful yet much easier to push and pick up.
This is my favorite part. I used the pod almost immediately for stairs and tight spaces. Because it's so light, my 8 and 12-year-old can take it upstairs to clean their rooms without my help. I used the attachments on the vacuum for the ceiling fans and high vents—areas I usually ignore because they are so hard to reach.
I built the vacuum in 5 minutes. No need for screwdriver, nor manual although I kept it nearby. The instructional sticker on the pod was clear enough that I didn't need to search for anything else. The clearly labeled on/off button placement is intuitive, making it simple to start and stop while moving around furniture. Also moms don’t want to have to search for the on/off button.
If you have pets, buy this specifically for the headlights. They revealed layers of dander and dust lurking in corners and on dark furniture that I hadn't seen before. The LED on the upholstery tool did the same for my couches. It's shocking, in a good way, how much hidden mess you find once you can actually see it.
The bin fills up fast if you have multiple dogs.
If you want a lightweight vacuum that lets your kids help out, picks up random craft supplies, especially with the hose, handles heavy grooming messes, and finally reveals the dirt hiding in your home, this is the one. It's intuitive, powerful, and surprisingly thorough.

Amazing

Downstairs is hardwood while upstairs, including the stairs, are carpet. I love that I can use this vacuum for both spaces of my home. It picks up everyday mess of 3 kids plus a dog so easily. The cord is super long so I can clean my stairs no problem. I LOVE the lift off pod. It makes cleaning the stairs a breeze. The turbo upholstery tool showed me that my stairs were much dirtier than I thought. The stickers in the vacuum made it easy to use right out of the box.

Bissell Pet Hair Eraser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve got a pit bull mix, a golden doodle mix, and two messy kids, so my floors take a beating daily. This Bissell Pet Hair Eraser DualBrush has been a lifesaver for the past couple months.
It handles everyday messes like a champ. Tiny crumbs, cereal bits, tracked-in dirt, and bigger stuff like kibble or dry leaves all get sucked up on the first pass. No scattering, no going over the same spot forever.
I use the lift-off pod all the time — stairs, couch, car seats, under the table. It’s light and easy to carry. The sticker on the pod with the button guide was actually helpful; I didn’t even need the manual.
Works great on my mix of hardwood, tile, and low-pile carpet. Glides smooth on hard floors and really digs into the carpet to pull up hair. The headlights on the floor head showed me how much dust was hiding along the baseboards, and the LED on the turbo upholstery tool lit up my dark couch like a crime scene — so much pet hair my old vacuum completely missed.
Compared to the cheaper ones and the Shark I had before, this feels more powerful and reliable for a pet-heavy house. Less clogging, easier to empty, and it just gets the job done without drama.
If you’ve got shedding dogs and kids, this one’s worth it. My floors have never stayed cleaner.

Great multi purpose vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has quickly become an everyday staple in our household. It was so easy to assemble with just 5 pieces that simply connected, and no tools needed. As a busy Mom of 2 toddlers, and a dog, I’m you can imagine how many crumbs, pet hair, and dirt even one day accumulates. This vacuum handles it all with ease. I love that I don’t have to make 15 passes. It picks up all the small pet hair and even the larger pebbles my little ones track in. We have a large home with carpet, hardwood floors and area rugs and I love that I can tackle the whole house with just this vacuum. I wasn’t sure I’d love the cord but honestly, it provides the power I need and I don’t feel like I’m on a time clock worrying about the battery life.
My absolute favorite part of this vacuum though, is the lighted attachment. Where has this been all my life?! The light at the end of the attachment is so bright and helpful at seeing the smallest crumbs and debris. We used it on our large sectional sofa and it looks brand new!

Great vacuum

It has really great suction, its quick and easy to clean and empty, the storage for tools are well positioned and secure (don't get knocked off easily when moving it in use). I appreciate that I can use it with the roller brush even when going over wood and tile floors without it flinging dirt all over, which makes it really nice as I'm going on and off area rugs or from a carpeted room to a tiled floor. The versatility of using the wand/hose makes reaching high or behind things so quick, especially with the ability to just take the canister and hose with me around the room instead of the whole vacuum. The one downside I've found (which isn't a big deal) is that there isn't a little clip on the handle to hold the cord up as I vacuum, like many others I've tried (I just have to hold it with my hand).

Great Vacuum for Pet Hair and Everyday Messes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser DualBrush and it’s been really solid so far. It was super easy to put together right out of the box, which I appreciated.
The suction is honestly amazing—it handles everyday crumbs and dirt with no problem and even picks up bigger stuff like pet food without pushing it around. I also like the lift-off pod for stairs and smaller areas. I wasn’t sure about it at first, but the sticker on it actually made it easy to figure out.
It works great on both hard floors and carpets/rugs. It doesn’t scatter debris on hard surfaces, and on carpet it pulls up way more hair than you’d expect. The headlights and the LED tool are kind of eye-opening too—they show all the pet hair you didn’t even realize was there.
Overall, it feels like a big step up from other vacuums I’ve tried, especially if you have pets.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty pleased with the Pet Hair Eraser DualBrush vacuum! There was a little bit of a learning curve initially to getting the lift-off pod to detach but after a quick review of the sticker on the vacuum and the manual, it was pretty easy. I love that you can use the lift-off pod for going up stairs and getting into tight spaces where a regular vacuum doesn't fit. It's one of my favorite features. I also loved that there was a headlight on the crevice tool -- something I never knew that I needed but now absolutely love. Because it is wired, it's quite powerful. It did an excellent job with both carpet and hardwood floors. Our dog sheds all the time and this vacuum really helped us stay on top of cleaning that up. I like that it also had a swivel head, but my husband was less of a fan of that feature. The only downside I would mention is that it is heavier than other stand-up vacuums I've tried but in my opinion that trade-off is worth it for the features and flexibility that this model offers.

A powerful vaccum for pet owners
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum works very well in a home with a 3-year-old child and a large Rhodesian Ridgeback. Hair and crumbs are everywhere—floors, chairs, and more—but it picks them up in a single pass.
It is also quiet enough that it does not scare my child or dog. The detachable pod is especially useful for cleaning stairs and upholstery without carrying the full vacuum. The optional light on the attachments helps reveal and clean hard-to-reach areas.
I have not tested the brush’s detangling feature, as there is no long hair in my home. Overall, I am impressed with the vacuum’s performance and would recommend it as a competitive alternative to more expensive brands.

Crumbs cannot hide with this LED
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LED lights on this machine are unmatched and crumbs have no place to hide. The light on the front brush is truly great but there are lights on both of the attachments which I find pretty amazing. I don’t know of other machines that have this, but it truly makes it easier to clean if you can see what needs to be cleaned whether it’s light like dust or heavy like dog food bits. Moving on from the lights, this feels like a very heavy duty machine but if you detach the base it is nice and light to move around the house as needed. This also brings me to mention the power cord- it’s much longer than others I’ve used. I can hit most of the main part of my house without switching plugs. I know that’s a very personal detail as everyone’s house is different. I think the instructions actually placed on the machine are so helpful! Who wants to pull out a manual if you can simply just look at the part of the machine you want to use and have the instructions right there? (You can remove them if it bugs you.) There is also a slide feature to switch from plush carpet to hard floors. Lastly, the machine is easy to clean. The filters can all be washed and the canister is easy to empty and wipe if needed.
If I had to pick on one thing, the machine is heavy, but to make it light weight just pop off the base for upholstery and tight spaces!

Above and beyond my expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum did such an incredible job at everyday messes whether with large or small debris. We have a mixture of different surfaces in our homes and this vacuum did equally as well on hard and soft surfaces. An incredible feature is the lift-off pod which turns this upright vacuum into a portable one which made cleaning stairs, for me personally, such a breeze! The differet features of the vacuum are very straightforward and easy to use and each have been designed to elevate your cleaning experience. The turbo upholstery tool was also such an incredible addition that I didn't even know I desperately needed! My furniture didn't look too bad from far away but with the LED feature, I was able to see every crumb and pet hair I had missed! It made cleaning upholstery easier, more satisfying, and more fun to be honest! Overall, I am very impressed and grateful to have found this vacuum and don't see myself needing any other appliances for my cleaning needs.

Solid vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a lazy vacuumer with a hairy dog and 2 toddlers - usually I tend toward stick vacuums and the floor robots, which both have limitations in the size of debris they can tackle and duration of cleaning. The Pet Hair Eraser DualBrush stood out in a few ways: the options for using high suction with a small adapter for little crannies and the ability to grab larger debris with the big roller.
There is a lift-off pod function that I haven’t used on a vacuum before this one. I haven’t felt the need to use it much, but if I could see this feature being amazing when trying to reach corners on the ceiling or the stairs. The whole vacuum was simple to assemble and there are little arrows and stickers to help orient the user to where buttons and levers are for the lift off and filter functions.
I own the stick version of this vacuum already and knew I would love the LED function. I didn’t think I needed it initially, but I’ve found it makes such a difference in finding crumbs and dog hair and I’m never going back from this feature.
Overall, a corded vacuum is awesome because it has more powerful suction, the canister doesn’t have to be emptied as often, and the attachment/hose options truly do cover the scenarios and power I need to clean in my whole house in a way the stick vacuum doesn’t 100% cover. It’s a keeper!

If you have kids and pets you need this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is up against a family of 5... and it wins every time! Even with a toddler and a dog that sheds, which is really saying something. I've used it to suck up everything from crumbs to dust bunnies of dog hair. The lift-off pod was especially easy to use for a quick clean. I swear I use that feature at least 4 times a day! The sticker on the pod was helpful for me to know how to use it. It made the whole thing super intuitive, which I appreciate. My absolute favorite feature is the light above the main vacuum. I just got a new wool rug (so it sheds) and I'm able to see every tuft and speck of dirt and zap it right up. It's such a powerful vacuum compared to others I've had. It made the whole process so much more efficient. Instead of going over the same spot repeatedly, it's one and done. I truly do not know what I would do without this thing in my house. I'd be living in a pig pen!

NOT JUST ANY VACUUM
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, What a vacuum! My son (4 years old) and I put this vacuum together right out of the box without even needing to look at the instructions. That goes to show you Bissell has done a lot of work to make this that easy. Once we set it up we plugged it in, and to my surprise it was loud. Now we have different Bissell vacuums and we love how quiet they usually are compared to other brands. This one was a bit louder than usual, but the vacuum can CLEAN! We have a dog that sheds hair like it’s his job, and this vacuum handled it and more.
I absolutely love the LED headlight feature on each of the tools was really helpful. You don’t realize how much you’d actually like a feature like this until you’ve gotten the chance to use one with it. I wouldn’t go back to a vacuum that didn’t have lights on it. My favorite thing to do is turn off the lights in the area I’m vacuuming and just use the light on the vacuum. You can see soooooo much debris. Easy pickins for this vacuum.
Overall it was very easy to maneuver- the turning on it was impeccable, and fairly lightweight for how powerful it is! I do have a few different types of flooring in my house and it was very easy to toggle between low and high pile. I loved the attachments that came with the vacuum. These worked great on my carpet/wood stairs, couch, chairs, and ceiling.
Without a doubt if you have animals/humans that shed a lot of hair this vacuum is for you. While it may be a little louder than I expected it wouldn’t turn me away from using this daily.

A Solid Upgrade from Our Previous Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re a family of four with a 7-year-old, a 13-year-old, and a dog, so our floors see plenty of daily messes. This vacuum did a great job handling everything from small crumbs to larger debris and picked up dirt effectively on both carpet and hard floors.
We used the lift-off pod to vacuum our stairs, and the instructional sticker on the pod made it easy to understand how to use the feature. The vacuum also worked well on our microfiber couch. The headlights and LED light on the upholstery tool were a nice touch and helped us spot dust and debris we might have otherwise missed.
Compared to other vacuums we’ve owned, this one feels a little bulkier and heavier, but the cleaning performance was noticeably better, making the extra weight worth it.

My new favorite household product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this vacuum! As a mom to twin toddlers and 2 dogs (including a very hairy golden retriever), this is the first vacuum (out of more than I’d like to admit trying) I’ve found that actually gets my floors and upholstery clean.
Out of the box, the assembly was just a few clicks together with easy to understand directions. It’s very lightweight and I love being able to lift it off the base to reach high up and deep under furniture.
My favorite feature of this vacuum though are the lights! Not only does the base have a great light so you can see what you are doing, but also the extension!! It showed me everything - which was slightly embarrassing to see how bad things really were!
But truly, it’s amazing. Keeping up with the hair of my golden retriever is tough but this thing does a great job getting it all up!

Thoughtfully Designed Vacuum
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly the best vacuum I’ve ever used. As someone with both a toddler and a dog, that’s saying a lot!
The suction power is incredibly strong and picked up pet hair I didn’t even know was there. The dual brush roll system made a noticeable difference in how well it cleaned both carpets and hard floors. I also loved the built-in lights. They helped me spot crumbs, dust, and pet hair that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. I was especially impressed that even the attachments have lights, which made cleaning tight spaces much easier.
The attachments worked extremely well and helped me clean a variety of areas, including my car, furniture, and between couch cushions. I also appreciated that the vacuum can be detached from the base, making it much more mobile and versatile for above-floor cleaning.
Another feature I loved was how user-friendly it is. Everything is clearly labeled, making setup and use nearly foolproof. The design feels very thoughtful and intuitive.
The only thing I would caution users about is being careful around the power cord. The suction and dual brushes are so powerful that I accidentally ran over the cord and it nicked the outer coating before I realized what had happened.
Overall, this vacuum exceeded my expectations in every way. It delivers outstanding cleaning performance, excellent versatility, and thoughtful features that make everyday cleaning easier. I would highly recommend it, especially to pet owners and families with young children.
