Love the new structure
I love the fact that the tanks are on top of each other making it easy to empty them. My old one was one tank and extremely heavy. Love this. Leans beautifully.

A Top of the Line Home Unit
I am impressed with the thought put into the design of this unit. The ability to select a deep clean or quick clean is helpful. The impressive suction was surprising. The ability to easily remove the brush cover for cleaning is very helpful. The dirty water container is easy to empty. Only two things I would like improved were the motor noise and a few more feet on the power cord would be nice. For a home unit, this is a winner.

I have my brother and his wife moved in 4 little dogs now it’s a chore to get them to go outside all at the same time the carpet cleaner revived the carpet especially in the winter months

I didnt know those spots would come out.
I had some spots I thought might have been from parking lot repaving, and spots that I thought were coffee or tea. Decades old but they came up on the first run through. My carpet hasn't been this clean in years. I'm thrilled with this cleaner and the cleaning formulas.

Excellent buy!!!
Excellent product and so easy to use. We have three pets in our home. One is very Senior and you can imagine what that leads to. We have used this carpet cleaner a few times already and after the first use, it paid for itself! I am so impressed with the quality of this carpet cleaner and feel it is a terrific choice and value for the money. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much.

Great Investment
This machine is better than i thought. I have 3 dogs. there are piddle spots and also vomit on the carpet. Easy to put together. the instructions are simple to use. Very easy to clean. it shows the dirt and water being extracted. There was not chance of it being clogged. I was able to clean it out in between shampooing areas. the carpets were nearly dry after using it. I used a blue light before and after. not a trace of pet stains after i used the Bissell. the hand held tools worked great on my mattress and my ottoman. I cannot say enough. my house smells better. It was a good investment verses getting carpets cleaned every 3 - 6 months. I wished I recorded it. I will next time I use it.

I would recommend and buy this product again and again!

I would hand down recommend this cleaner to anyone any day! It gets so much dirt and grime out of your carpet and sucks most of the water up right along with it!

Attention pet lovers, this is the machine for you!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moving is always such a joy, especially when the new house has WHITE carpet, and you have 4 dogs! We had checked to see if there were any professional cleaners in our area but it appears that carpet cleaning is a lost art, and the one that was still in business was way overpriced, so we bought our Bissell Pet Pro. In a word: WOW....I guess we feel like we won the #sweepstakes! It's not a back breaking job, though we wish the take up tank held a bit more, but the results are stunning!!! Well done, Bissell...our dogs are most grateful because the white carpet room is no longer off limits to paws! Actually, we're pretty grateful too!

A little disappointed in the product
The Proheat 2X cleans well, but as I was shampooing the carpet, I notice it wasn't sucking up the wet fiber/lint balls but just pushing them along. Also, you have to be very careful emptying the waste water tank!!! It's poorly designed and you will spill a lot of waste water on your carpet that you just spent an hour cleaning. You have to tilt the tank a little to remove it from the machine, but tilt it 1degree too much and waste water will be everywhere. Even when I went to dump the water out in the toilet, the tank design will have to spilling dirty water all over your toilet and bathroom floor which led to more work for me to now have to do. I've had other carpet cleaning brands in the past and never had this problem. Bissell could have done better with this waste water tank design so spillage wouldn't occur so easily. I really wouldn't recommend this cleaner until they fix that waste water tank design.

Bissell 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus Carpet Cleaner
Leaves a lot of water in the carpet. It took my area rug 3 days to dry. I finally had to take it out to my driveway and let the sun help it dry.

Releases all the cleaner while I was emptying dirty water
I have had this for 4 years but have only used it a doyen times and when I pull the trigger to release cleaner fluid it continues to release the fluid even after I release the trigger. I have to remive the bin from the machine to stop it from releasing the cleaner fluid. One day when I stopped the machine to dump the dirty water I came back to find that the fluid had ran out of the cleaner bin and soaked my carpet. Even if I would have used this more than a doyen time itvdoesnt seem that it would be not working after 4 years of use. Until that time I had no complaints about the machine. Very disappointed that it is not working anymore.

Doesn't suck up ANY water
I bought this brand new. Wow, what a huge disappointment. The upholstery attachment doesn't suck up any water at all. I had to put towels on my couch for two days. Do not buy this. You will regret it tremendously. I don't know what design changes were made, but this is a scam product. Now I have to save up again to buy another brand. I'll never purchase any Bissell brand products ever again. As soon as the spin mop arrives that I ordered before I used this steam cleaner, I'm slapping the return label on it and paying the shipping to return it. Absolute garbage.

Don't BUY!!!
It stopped working correctly after using it three times. It does not consistently work so you don't know if it will work. Periodically it won't suck up any water. . Very disappointed. I've to had use two machine. The new one to release the water and solution and my old one that stopped dispensing water after many years of use but I currently use to soak up the dirt and water after using my new one. This is way too much work but with dogs we all know the carpets or rugs need to be cleaned from time to time.
